The pharmacists here are always willing to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service, which is hard to come by these days. They truly care about their customers!

First time filling my prescriptions[5] at ShopRite. Danielle Fenton was extremely helpful. I feel she went above and beyond to help me fill my prescriptions at a great savings. She is a great asset to your drug department. Keep her around!!!! Al Ward

Wednesday April 29th I was shopping @ festival of belair shoprite. During my visit I observed 2 employees wearing masks without their nose covered and one often putting mask at chin to either drink her (I believe it was an iced coffee) drink or to talk with other associates. This young girl was a shopper for an online customer where the other was an older lady that works in the cheese area. I felt that notifying customer service would be a waste since the cheese lady walked right past customer service with mask off her nose and the young girl was all through the store talking to other employees with nothing said to either one regarding improper mask coverage. I was applaud with this disrespect to customers and will not be returning to this store. In addition, the checkout belts are not being cleaned between orders even after asking due to something wet on the belt and was told that the person in front of me did not use that portion of the belt and to go ahead and put my items on. Employees need to understand this is the way life needs to be and if they are not going to bide by the guidelines then there need to be consequences. Management needs to get with the program and monitor their employees as well as customers that protocols are being followed and deal with those that are not. These rules are not optional or temporary.

During pandemic shop rite had toilet paper. Stocked with ALL paper products. Also had a full stock of meats and frozen foods, fruit and breads. After this is over I will shop there more often. BJs had nothing.

3 stars is a good rating. Would have been 4 stars but the prices are pretty high compared to other local places. Would have been a higher rating but the baby section does not have WIC items labeled. I stopped by customer service to get the formula and mentioned it. Hopefully someone will adhere and place WIC labels on their respective baby foods.

I have shopped at this store since before it changed to Shoprite. I Just don't think I can continue to shop there anymore!! The worst produce ever!! Always rotten! When you buy there bagged salad use it that day or it will be rotten!! You have to always check expiration dates on everything!! There meat department I will never purchase from again!! Super sad used to be a nice grocery store, not anymore!!!!

Don't be confused, this is the best donut shop in the area it just happens to be surrounded by a grocery store. Whether you judge donuts on being fresh reasonably priced or creative this place is the winner. Their donuts are half the price of DD or a similar shop and they are always fresh. Whether I stop at lunch or after work the donuts are always fresh. The only thing that keeps me from stopping here every day is a parking lot which can get a little busy and hard to get out of. Do yourself a favor and grab a dozen.

This review is just for their chili. I do not recommend it. It has too many tomatoes and is way too sweet.

Very dissatisfied with the stocking. Any item on a good sale or super coupon is unavailable. Have been a loyal shopper for years and the coupon policy is wonderful but due to stocking issues I'm about to give up on this store. Contacted the ShopRite corporate through email two weeks ago and never got a response.

This is a review in the ShopRite delivery service. This is without a doubt a very convenient way to grocery shop. Once you are online you navigate through the food categories and quantities. The biggest advantage is a time saver and no impulse buying. I didn't like the way they have to deduct coupons once you get your order or the fact that there is a $10 delivery charge plus a $10 charge for them to pick your order by a employee in the store. With the $20 total charge and we buying $125-200 twice a month I have to weigh that cost compared to me stopping at another store on the way home.

Good selections and good prices, and the food is fresh like every other shop rite I've ever been to. However, this location is PACKED. Too packed. And too big in my opinion. Came here because I only needed a couple of items for Sunday brunch, and it took forever to find everything I needed. I get irritated with stores like that. Where there's so much that you just get lost.
