I went specifically to purchase Efflorescence treatment products. Although the work associates were not completely sure on how to help me they quickly review the information I had copied from the Sherwin-Williams site and quickly jumped into action. I left the store with everything I needed and I was very thankful for the help.

Saturday morning, 8:30 store was quiet. Jim was extremely helpful guiding me through the paint selection process. The SW color match system was spot on. Former pro painter turned me on to SW several years ago. No regrets.

Called up and spoke with a very rude woman named Bobbie who proceeded to get irate on the phone towards me when I asked her if she sold a particular product. It was totally uncalled for. Then she hangs up on me as I'm describing the item I'm trying to order. I've ordered plenty of these over the past 13 years that I've had an account at Sherwin Williams. She raised her voice and was incredibly rude. I've never encountered such horrible customer service let alone an incredibly poor attitude towards another human being. I will be contacting my rep and corporate office as to how bad this was.

Hello,As a RealEstate investor, I have exposure to many construction related businesses. With experience, one develops an ability to quickly gauge customer service.As such, my experience tells me that this business is well run, organized and quality oriented. The store is well stocked. The staff are friendly, attentive, and eager to share knowledge. In and out service is prompt yet not rushed.I recommend this Sherwin Williams location often and deliberately.

Horrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere. Employees didn’t come over to help and when I went up to ask for assistance they were extremely condescending and rude.
