“I rented a large, indoor storage space from Yourspace in Hickory, MD and it was the first time that I have ever needed this type of service. The facility is spotless and the manager there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had the wrong move out date (my error) and the manager went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible on my end. I am truly grateful to her for being so fair with me. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a great place to store their belongings. Without a doubt, I would rent a space again here in the future if I ever needed to do it again. “Public Storage is a great facility that offers several different size options at reasonable prices to meet your needs. I had the pleasure of working with Ms.Teara from the belair, md location, Ms. Teara was patient with me while I had many questions and concerns on several occasions, she was thoughtful and polite and really helped when needed, I know I can count on Ms.Teara anytime to help me by phone call or in person! I haven't had the opportunity to meet any other staff at this location, but if their anything like Ms.Teara you're in good hands!”
