I currently live here and have a few concerns with a recent incident and incidents. I have been lied to several times. The first lie was removing a toilet in the doorway of my apartment hallway. When I initially advised the Maintenance Manager, “Ms. C,” she assured me the toilet would be moved that day; I went to the Leasing Office twice before its removal. Recently, I found several items in the hallway closet damaged from a water leak and were moldy. I have no clue where this leak came from. I immediately went to the Leasing Office. Ms. C contacted the Emergency Maintenance person. The guy arrived, felt the rug, and stated, “ It's not wet now.” He admitted that the rug was wet at some point and that the carpet would be cleaned, and as he rushed out the door, he mentioned that the carpet would be cleaned and treated the following day. I waited several days (five), and no one showed. I went to the Leasing Office; that was a mistake. I once again spoke to Ms. C and at first, the communication was adequate, but her tone appeared dismissive. I explained to her that I thought she was not listening to my concerns, and without warning, she became defensive and attempted to paint herself as the victim by getting loud. I let her speak, and once she was done, I exited. As I did so, she said, “ Have a nice day because you are obviously unhappy.” Her response took me aback, and I advised her that that comment was uncalled for. She began to get loud, which drew the attention of a resident and her colleagues, who rushed to her aid. The Property Manager allowed her to tell her side, and without asking me what happened, I was instructed that someone would be at my apartment. I was embarrassed. Rarely do I complain, but as quickly as they want the rent paid at the beginning of the month is as soon as I want something like mold to be taken care of.

The maintenance supervisor was very professional and fixed my maintenance issue immediately when I went to leasing office. He fixed everything I asked. New maintenance team has improved greatly.

My partner and I lived here for two years and it was a horror story.
When we moved in, the A/C wasn’t working. Called maintenance and they didn’t come to fix it for 2 weeks (we moved in at the end of May and it was pretty hot). We also had roaches in the apartment! This was ongoing for at least 5 months with recurring visits from the exterminator doing nothing. They had to treat the entire complex at once to fix it after one of our neighbors called corporate on the leasing office for doing nothing.
Then, our dryer broke. Put a ticket in and no one came out. We called once a week to check in with the front office. Eventually, they learned our numbers and stopped answering the phones. It took 3 months total for our dryer to be fixed.
It was calm for a while, then we had recurring issues with the carpet being wet near the A/C. We assumed it was leaking and put another ticket in for maintenance. They came out and said that there were too many filters on the unit (there was one). So they replaced the filter and it was still leaking. Put another ticket in, and another maintenance person came out. Looked at the unit and sprayed febreze and put a trash bag down to catch the water. It worked until the bag filled up. Put another ticket in, the next person checked the fridge to see if it was leaking (it wasn’t) and told us to use a fan. We then took matters into our own hands and googled common A/C overflowing and it was a clogged pipe from the drip pan. If maintenance had just googled, they could have solved it in the first place. This was occurring on and off for about 5 months.
If none of that convinced you of what this apartment complex really is, then this will. Recently, the shower tiles collapsed and came off the wall while I was showering. They landed and lacerated my foot. This exposed the underside of the wall and a giant hole was there with mold. We called emergency maintenance and they did not deem it an emergency. They said we could still use the shower with the giant gaping hole in the wall.
The following week, maintenance came and took pictures and left saying they’ll call a contractor. The contractor was scheduled to come the following week after the first maintenance person came out and did not show. They came a few days after that and put on new tile. However, with us being told we can still shower and no real priority for resolution, water still got in that hole in the wall and mold began to grow into our closet.
This place is gross and has taught us to look more into reviews and trusting others’ experience when looking for places to rent. I have lived in several apartments before in college and this was by far the worst. I’m happy to say that we finally left and said goodbye to The Seasons at Bel Air. Good riddance to this chapter of our lives and others beware. Stay away or else you’ll have your own horror stories to share on this review page.

I lived with sewage water coming down from my ceiling for years. A maintenance worker said to me, “what would you like me to do about it?” How about fix it. They didn’t move apartments for me for 2 years. Now they say I owe 3,000 dollars for living with sewage water being dumped from my bathroom ceiling, and i have videos of this going on for years. Imagine not being able to use the toilet because you’ll be drenched in the poop water from the upstairs apartment.

Just moved in a few days ago, and I am loving my time here so far. I met Carlos the head of maintenance and he personally saw to it that various issues that I had in my apartment were addressed right away. Mark from maintenance worked on my apartment several times with no complaints. I spoke with Zee in the Business office and she has been extremely patient and helpful. Lance from the leasing office is also pleasant. The neighbors are friendly and my apartment is spacious. It’s starting to feel like home already!

My message to corporate of this property; I suggest that your professionals get better trained on not asking, "do you have jobs?".

I really love that there are so many community functions! Maintenance is always professional and considerate and get things fixed. The office staff is really nice. My court is very quiet.

You won't find an apt like this unless u go to a 3rd world country. Frthe washing machines used to be $2 per use, paid with quarters.Just yesterday they changed the price to $2.15, the machine only takes QUARTERS!So it's actually $2.25. Guess they didn't think one would notice

Maintenance is an absolute joke. We waited over a month for a working toilet when we moved in. Now we’ve been going back and forth for a working oven for a month. I put in a ticket, they send someone out to look at the oven, tell me what’s wrong, leave without fixing it, then close the ticket and never come back. I have to keep calling and putting in more tickets just to try to have the most basic appliances work and nothing ever gets done. Each time, it’s a different tech who comes in so I have to start all over with the explanation of what the previous techs have done. There is no communication with each other or with the maintenance department to say that work hasn’t been completed. The walls are thin and the doors are basically made of plywood. My front door bends and gives if I press on it. Messages sent to the leasing office through the portal go unanswered. Overall, for how much I pay a month, I’d expect a better level of service and a sturdy front door, working oven, and flushing toilet. Editing to add: I also call at least once a week and they always assure me they’ll look into it and call me back but don’t.

I've lived here for a year. The location was nice, but maintenance was a nightmare. I moved in with friends as an addendum, and there are appliances that were broken when I moved in that are still broken or barely holding on a year later. The AC went up mid-June, and we've had to rely on fans just to keep the apartment livable. And while I never saw the fliers for them, trying to bribe residents for 5-star reviews instead of making somewhere worth 5 stars is dishonest and inexcusable. Save your money and sanity and look elsewhere.

I would like to take time and share my most recent experience. I had somethings with my account that needed to be resolved and Kelli at the leasing office was terrific!!! She was so genuinely concerned and wanted to help the best way that she could and she was amazing. This really made my day brighter :)
