I have been a customer of Saxons for years. My husband and I have been helped by Carrie Bottino in the Bel Air store since establishing a relationship with Saxons. Carrie is very friendly, courteous and delivers the most incredible customer service anyone could ask for. My most recent purchase left me very excited to wear the jewelry that I purchased. The quality was impeccable and I will wear it with the utmost pride. I would recommend Saxons to anyone for the very professional and caring service they provide. But also Carrie for her AWESOME customer service.

Saxon’s Jewelers is our “go to” shop for all our jewelry needs. Recently I had to take my wedding rings to Saxon’s for repairs. Kelly, an amazing member of the staff, gave me the jewelers glass and showed me how to use it in order for me to see exactly what needed to be replaced and repaired on my rings. Kelly’s actions gave me an extra level of confidence in entrusting them with my jewelry. Kelly also shared my excitement when I picked up my rings; shining beautifully and in perfect repair. Kelly is wonderful!!My husband enjoys buying jewelry for me on special occasions. There is nothing like the excitement of receiving the terrific Saxon’s signature green box and knowing I am getting a stunning piece of jewelry from my favorite store.
