After a long drive me and my brother stopped in this location feeling very hungry and I must say brendan behind the deli counter wasn't lying when he said everything was fresh. Burned your mouth hot and tasted so great. I work for rofo and I must say hats off to you brendan for serving me a great positive attitude and fresh hot food.

I come to this location almost daily and I have to say the staff are exceptionally friendly, but one always sticks out to me and that is the young man with neck tattoos. Not sure of his name but every time I come in and order he is always polite and has a smile on his face. And sometimes he even starts making my order before I place it so that makes me feel very welcomed. 11/10 store!

Customer service at this location is not very good at all. Considering how new this rofo is I would of thought they would have better customer service from their kitchen staff. I was excited to use this location more often out of convenience however looks like atleast for now you will be way better off using the Wawa off of 543 and churchville if you want respect from the staff. I get it, its not going to be the best job you ever have but its a job that you accepted and a customer shouldn’t feel like you hate them when you order food. Lighten up and try to care about your job is my advice.

What happened to old fashion customer service. I thought business was suppose to make the customer happy. Ordered 50 wedges saw them in the case . Was told I gotta call ahead. I was the only one in the store . Would it have made any difference If they sold them all and had to drop more . Wonder why business going outta business

How do you not have an infant changing table? I had to attempt to change my 10 month Olds diaper outside with my car door open in freezing weather. She was shaking. There is room in the bathroom for one, there's no reason you shouldn't have one available.

If you are expecting good customer service, DO NOT go in this store when wanna-be manager material Terrance is "working". He is extremely rude and ignorant. When I asked for help, he just gave me a glaring look and deliberately turned his back to me, and ignored my pleas for assistance. 7-11 is just around the corner and they are always nice there!! I believe if I were a different race, he would've treated me better. There is a nice girl working in there though, but she's new and you may have to ask Terrance for some help, like i did, and he's either ignorant or just lazy. Based on my experience.

WARNING DONT BUY CAR WASH!their machine is broken, but they continued to have all the open signs up. When I tried to get a refund for the car wash, which I purchased the most expensive one, they said they can't do refunds!So I am just out of my money that I spent on the car wash, even when I only purchased less than 10 bucks of gas.

Harris the manager is extremely rude. Car wash terminal was off and needed reset and told me he didn’t have time for me, go somewhere else.
