The first thing I want to comment on is how I personally enjoyed the fact I wasn't bombarded with a sales person the minute I walked through the door. They waited until I was ready to discuss pieces and sets before offering deals, etc. Secondly, I worked with Bobby. Extremely nice, willing and eager to find out answers to questions I had. Overall amazing customer care. The manager was super helpful in helping my husband and I get what we really wanted: a power recliner, along with a sofa and loveseat. Finally, I worked with Amber to complete the transaction and schedule delivery. Extremely friendly, informative, helpful.
I had no intentions of even walking into the store when I arrived to the parking lot, but I'm very very happy I did. I can't wait to see my living room set in my house.
