Call Redners to put an order for steamed shrimp. I ask if I can have onion in it. ( which is usually an option every place I've ever ordered)I was told if I wanted an onion in it I would have to come to the store buy the onion and take it back to them so they could put it in the shrimp. I guess I was supposed to go there at 10 o'clock buy an onion, take it back and hand it to them and then come back at 1 o'clock to pick up the order? that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of in my entire life. Never again, and to top it all off the shrimp was terrible, dried and cold. It must have been made up at 10 o'clock when I called and sat there till 1 o'clock when I was supposed to pick it up!

Here is a picture of the cabbage with black running throughout the whole head. Unusable for Thanksgiving coleslaw. Made another trip to another store on the morning of the holiday.

Went in Friday morning to get a newspaper, girl at the register said the paper wouldn't scan, and she did not know how to enter it. Line was forming behind me as another girl came over and just stood there. I said I'd stop back later. Informed manager outside. Another time, I stood at the deli counter with a ticket, they started next number after mine. Waited awhile and left, I'll never buy deli there again. Was happy when store opened, but wife and I shopping here less and less.

Looks like I need to take some more photos and I've some suggestions to this store. The photos aren't even for this location and the people that work here should smile a little more. I have went into this store and the fact that I don't normally shop here I can get lost on trying to figure out where things are. So a nice genuine smile from an employee makes a customer feel good. They seem to be short on staff a good amount of the time as well since I have to actually go to a department to find someone. They have a decent amount of selection for different types of food you may need. There are several types of fruit, veggies, dry stock, meat and the bakery. I used to buy cakes for my office from here but they (office folks) didn't like the cake. They have a big parking lot that has several restaurants and business that are walking distance. All in all it's a great store. Yes there are some things that need to be fixed but all in all they are not a bad store. Make sure also if you are going to be a regular at this store you want to sign up for their card program to get yourself points for things.?

The pharmacist knows you, remembers you, works with you and works through all the minutia of insurance. He will stay on the phone and work on your behalf to get the prescription your doctor ordered for you. Not what the insurance company decided that you should get.
