Worked with Mark to factory order a new F150. Mark was extremely to-the-point, and surprisingly honest with me given my previous experience with sales folk. He helped me get every bit of financial leeway I could, military discounts, etc.Most notably he was just very personable and made us feel like valued human beings over simply another customer. I just took my vehicle in because I heard a loud sound at my right rear of the car when I put the brakes on. It sounded like a motorcycle was pulling up next to me. I took it in this morning, they diagnosed it quickly and found that the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced . I figured as much and I was expecting that , but I was not expecting to be told that my front right something or another was leaking oil and fluid. It would cost $903 to repair. When I got over the shock and got up from the floor I knew it was something that had to be done, and they had to order the parts. Very quickly after they revived me and gave me that news they told me that it was covered by my extended warranty. If I could dance, I would be doing so right this minute. The brakes were replaced in an adequate amount of time, and Brittany, who took care of me, as well as Mr. Charlie Walls, who is one of the owners , were not only kind and considerate, but they were professional and helpful, and I am thrilled all the way around. Thank you very much Plaza Ford for being there to make my life a little easier.

I was pretty disappointed with the service. I went in for a maintenance and even though the recommended routine was mainly to rotate the tires, I thought they would have mentioned that they checked the brakes, hoses, cooling system fluids etc. but they didn't and it didn't even list it on the invoice they they performed these tasks. So who knows if anything was checked. Then when the I was about 2 miles out, the giant amber box came up on the dash board that said maintenance required. wha the heck! When I got home, my husband asked me if they checked the power train malfunction that came through as a Ford Pass message. NOPE! they did not even mention it. So now I have to go back again.

Had an incredible car buying experience! I have had great experience with their Quick Lane service in the past so I was interested in going through them for a new vehicle. Interacting with Charlie felt easy and I did not feel pressured at all which is important to me. I am very pleased with every interaction I had with Charlie, Nate and the other showroom employees. Many laughs were had and interactions felt like family. I felt the buying experience was fair and that they really did look out for my best interests from start to finish. Thank you Plaza Ford team! Our new baby on the way will be happy with the roomy vehicle! :)

Had extended warranty work done on my 2020 Ford Ranger at Plaza Ford. Cory the mechanic was excellent. He explained all the steps of filing for the warranty and kept me informed during the process. The work that was done is outstanding and the experience was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Would definitely recommend Cory and Plaza Ford.

From beginning to end.. this dealership truly did an awesome job. Craig and the entire team worked with me, and was very comforting. When I walked in there it was almost like I was walking into a huge family, everyone’s working together, and proper communication was very much utilized. They will all be sure to see me again. Getting vehicle work done at the dealership is made a lot more tolerable when you have excellent customer service like the kind shown at Plaza Ford. Special shout out to Amanda (service manager), who kept me informed and answered all of my questions during the repair process. Also, to Mr. Emory (shuttle driver). who provided top-notch transportation to and from my home while my vehicle was being serviced. He was the difference maker that made my visit for vehicle service an impressive one. Lastly, thanks to the unknown service technician(s) that repaired my F-150 and got it running right once again. I appreciate the entire team at Plaza Ford Service Dept and I highly recommend them!

I took a Ford Focus here for two recall repairs in one trip. I called and scheduled to bring the car in in three days (including the weekend). I dropped the car off at Plaza around 8:30am, they replaced all four door latches and inspected the fuel system, and it was ready for pickup before 5pm.On top of the timely service everyone I spoke with was very kind. If my cars need any other work at a dealer I’ll be calling Plaza again.

Walked in and immediately was treated like family. Joe had the vehicle out front and ready to test drive before I got there. Once it came down to business, Elliot and Nate introduced themselves to me and went through EVERYTHING about my trade in, financing, and the different types of service packages they offer. Between all three people that helped me through the car buying process, I can't say a single bad thing. Everyone was honest and really just wanted to make me comfortable the entire time.Thank you plaza ford, I cant be any happier with my purchase and the experience you guys offered!

Plaza Ford and their team are awesome to work with. I have had everything from simple oil and tire rotations to body work needed after an accident. The team treats you exactly the same way....professionally and with the utmost courtesy and respect.I drive from Annapolis past a number of Ford dealerships, and this is the only one I go to. While my drive might take longer, I don't ever worry about what experience I will receiveor trust their recommendations.

Purchased a new Bronco Sport for my grandmother, bought winter tires & purchased the extended warranty as well as pre-paid the maintenance plan for oil changes and tire changes for years.The first 2 maintenance appointments were very disappointing.When I bought the vehicle and paid for all the bells & whistles I told them I didn’t want my Nan to have any problems or stress with this car, I wanted them to treat her good and get her tires changed & do the maintenance twice a year at the same time so she didn’t have to do too many appointments & not have to pay a dime out of pocket.They were happy to agree to this when I had cash in hand, but they have not been scheduling the maintenance and the tire change at the same time.Because they haven’t been scheduling her service at the same time as the tire change, my grandmother has had to come in more than she wanted, and when they change the tires they charge her $40.It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle of it.This is not a way to treat good customers.They are either taking advantage of her, or they don’t have a proper level of care for their customers.Very disappointed, when I complained about this they said “nothing we can do about it.”I finally got them on a synched schedule this November, we’ll see how this goes.

Gave one star because it made me do it. Please stay clear of here if your car/truck shopping. Sales an Service are the worst. They will try to steal your trade from you at a lowball price and sell to you one way more than its worth money wise. Repairs r non existent once you ask for it to be repaired. Save yourself time an aggravation move on from this dealer. Just bad news here!!! Example they were 10000 less on trade than other dealership

I continue to have nothing but positive experiences at Plaza! This time I had to take my car in for service. It was very easy to make the appointment, the hours were convenient for my schedule, and every person I encountered was very kind and helpful. They were able to fix my problems very quickly and efficiently. From start to finish, I had a very pleasant experience (which has never, ever happened with any other vehicle dealer). I am so thankful for the team at Plaza Ford!
