If you're looking for a no stress vehicle shopping experience, stop and see Josh. My purchase of a 22 Super Duty today at Plaza Ford demonstrated what a purchasing experience should be like, from Josh in sales, to Darren the manger to Nate in finance, I could not have been more pleased with everything from start to finish. Quick and painless as vehicle shopping could be. No doubt that I'll be returning for all my future purchases, keep up the great work Plaza Ford. Highly recommend.

I have purchased other cars at Plazza Ford I think what brings me back is the hometown feeling, when you go in there they treat you like family. I was in bought my car and out in less than an hour, other dealers keep you there for hours "haggaling" no thanks I will buy my cars at Plazza everytime

I have always been a Ford man and having spent most of my life in the military moving around using various Ford dealers I have to say my experience with Plaza Ford has always been great. Now with purchasing my new Bronco, the service and people maintained, if not exceeded, the standards I have been accustomed to from Ford.

It was a first time taking my 2020 Ford F-150 to this dealership.
I used the Quick lanes to get my oil changed and tires rotated using my Ford reward points. The service was excellent and I will return for my next oil change. The quick lanes probably took only 30-35 minutes.

Today I purchased a 2024 F-150 XLT from Plaza Ford in Bel Air. After inquiring about the vehicle - I was contacted by Charlie who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I live a couple hours away from the dealership, and Charlie and the Sales Manager Elliot worked with me over the phone to provide information and pricing to make sure I was comfortable before making the trip.
I got to the dealership and was helped by Steve as soon as I got there. All around friendly and knowledgeable salesperson - which was refreshing. Elliot was awesome to work with in person as well.
The process was seamless, there were no surprises, and the financing department was probably the best financing experience I've had during a vehicle purchase in my life. No pressure, kind, and got me exactly what I was looking for.
This is a very personable dealership, and everyone (even the people not directly involved in my purchase) were getting people in and out and in a great mood.
This is by far the furthest I've driven for a vehicle, but they had a great inventory with options I wanted that no dealerships near me had. It was worth the drive and I will absolutely put them on top of my list next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

My salesman, John Staab, was very courteous and professional as well as patient and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle that I was interested in...he explained the differences in the various powertrain options and helped me decide which truck was right for my needs and budget. He also familiarized me with all the features and gadgets of my vehicle.

My 2014 F150 was recalled for transmission software update.
Service was prompt and Plaza picked up my truck did the update and returned it to my home. The service rep called me to let me know job was completed and that my truck was on the way.
Nice to have local business give such good service.

great servce in and out in a little over 1 hr o.l.f. tire rotataion the key here is to get there at 7 am or a little before they open then you go in and out fast

Might have been the least pressure truck buying experience I've ever had. I was able to test drive whatever I needed to on the lot and there was absolutley no pressure to buy "today only". My salesman John, was very forthcoming with information on my ulitmate purchase and was completely professional through the whole process! Would definitely return.
