I have two accounts and they always hesitate to cash my checks to give me my cash.. They have refused me twice it’s gone way down hill since new management… I don’t recommend and my plan is to stop all cash going to my accounts

My account had some issues because I had originally opened my account online. I came into the branch and was helped by Kim S. She was absolutely amazing and made the experience as positive, stress reduced and easy as absolutely possible. 10/10 would recommend her!!! Absolutely love her.

They sent me a new debit card. I activated it. Cut up my old card, tried to used my new card a couple times. Would not work,said chip issue. Went to the branch in Bel Air. They said it was a bad chip on Friday and they would next day air me a new card. Still no card. What a inconvenience.

Just went to this bank for the first time since the other branches closed. Rachel helped me and all the staff were great! I can’t recommend M&T enough!

Who would believe the MVA makes more sense then M&T bank? Trying to add my name on the title of my son's vehicle. MVA sends us to the bank for a letter allowing MVA today add the co-signer of the loan to the title. M&T wants a handwritten letter requesting the letter the MVA wants. The only person that can author the letter is apparently off and it will take 2 business days to get the letter, which apparently can't be emailed so another trip in person, to get the letter. Who exactly are they protecting? Why so difficult?

If you're ever in Belair md and you need to stop at m&t bank please go to any location but this one the awful customer service tht i received at this branch from THE BANK TELLER MRS LUCY WAS UNCANNY & not at all the experience I've received with previous encounters at other Branches or any banking institution I'm still in shock by the intense interrogation I received the lack of customer care, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged no smile just a lot of smug stares and daunting accusations customers should never enter a business and feel like they are gum on someone's shoe, I did speak with the branch manager who did apologize but she also tried to make excuses for the teller stating they've experienced some fraud and robberies but I explained to her even if my intentions were of Tht cynical magnitude it should have never been displayed every customer should be treated with dignity and outstanding customer service needless to say she(the branch manager) did assist me with my transaction but i'm Still left with a unsettling bad taste in my mouth, i'm Certain I wasn't the first that HAS ENCOUNTERED THIS....
