Horrible experience. Replaced 5 parts for my brakes because they couldn’t figure it out. Charging me for it all and I shouldn’t be responsible. Have had for car 2 weeks and going

BEWARE!!!!!On 3/18/23 took my 2014 Nissan Sentra to this location because when I parked my car I saw there where there was a leak near the back passenger side n near the tire and sometimes I would smell gas. They inspected the car and said that I need back brakes (shoes/drums) and during the inspection they said my serpentine belt was badly worn so they recommended to have that replaced immediately before it put me down. They didn't see a gas leak but the recommended that I could bring it back and they could pull the tank for a thorough inspection. I also had an oil change. My bill totaled $896.84. On 11/3/23 took my car to the Mr. Tire on Belair S. Parkway, Belair, MD due to loud noise coming from underneath. I thought a possible muffler replacement but John told me that I just needed a clamp to clamp together the pipe and the muffler. However, while he was inspecting he noticed that my back brakes needed to be replaced and that was something he felt that needed immediate attention because it was a safety issue. He had a list of other items that he recommended replacement (tie rod ends cv shaft, struts shocks) which would have been an additional $3556.53. I told him that I thought my back brakes had already been replaced not too long ago. However I didn't have that paperwork on me because I wasn't expecting that but when I came home i found my prior receipt. I had them change the oil again. This time my bill was $1318.41The car was only drivien 5474 miles between the two services. There is no way I needed to have brakes replaced again. It's obvious they are not being truthful. Taking advantage of seniors

I was in the area for an appointment and my low tire pressure light came on. I was worried about driving on the highway with this, so I stopped here. They checked all my tires for leaks and corrected the pressure in my tires and they didn't charge me anything. Wonderful place ! Thank you.

The worst auto repair shop. EVER!If you break down in front of Mr. Tire get towed to another shop. They CANNOT diagnose problems properly and will just start replacing parts at your expense. One star rating is too good for them, but you must post.Response from Monro business manager. Call customer service 1.800.876.6676 for assistance. Well, I called them 10/12/23 and 10/16/23 Michelle said John Kate's would call back .Today is 10/23/23, and I am still waiting for a call

They did not put my valve caps back and made me wait 5 hours for tire replacements. Would not return or recommend.

Needed 2 tires. I was told to come back 2 hours later. Came back, waited 2 more hours. While in waiting room , I overheard the staff yelling unprofessionally over the phone. Never was communicated to me what the hold up was or how long it would like take. Very bizarre and unprofessional staff. Don't look for me to return !

This past weekend I was in town from Philadelphia was basically stranded because my home dealership completed an oil change incorrectly, and my car was leaking oil rapidly. Other local mechanics I called weren’t able or willing to help, but this location really got me out of a pinch, by not only making the time to look at my vehicle, but also fixing my drain plug and replacing the oil that had been lost. They saved me (what likely would’ve been) thousands of dollars in engine damage, and a lot of undue stress. The service advisor that helped me was also super kind, understanding, and answered every single question I had, despite how frantic I was during this stressful time. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and assistance I received and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Fast service. Front counter staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. I have been to the other Mr Tires in the area and this store has the nicest staff and cleanest store by far.

My wife recently took her MDX to Mr. Tire to have a tire checked for low air pressure. They took the car right in without a prior appointment. No fee for checking tire. We had an appointment with the AAA up the street but had to wait 30 minutes for the front desk guy to show up then he wanted to charge us $111 for "diagnostic fee". Mr. Tire service guy, John, removed a nail and patched up the tire. Since we purchased the tires there in 2021, they honored the road hazard warranty and didn't charge us. Otherwise, it would have been a $40 fee for tire repair. I recommend going to Mr. Tire for any tire problems and avoid the AAA up the street. Thanks Mr. Tire.
