Our delivery experience was unacceptable and concerning.
The delivery team was not only rude but made my family and me feel unsafe in our own home.
When they arrived, we had a few couches that needed to be moved a couple of feet. I asked one of the workers for help, and he demanded $150. When I said I’d move them myself, their behavior became hostile.
They made vulgar and confrontational comments, including some that were potentially dangerous, assuming we wouldn’t understand because they spoke Spanish. However, we understood everything. Additionally, when they misunderstood how I wanted the sectional arranged, they grew even more irate, escalating the situation further.
This all happened in front of my wife, my three-year-old, and my infant, leaving us shaken. Given their alarming conduct, I believe these individuals should not work in roles involving public interaction, as their behavior poses a safety risk.
The couch is nice though.

Service is good. Selection is ok but could have more variety. Furniture appears to be good quality. Prices are high, we found the same chairs at half the price at Value City.

Surprisingly for all, the gallery at Macy's has more sense than regular or even discount furniture store offering quality first hand and a chance to pick up of what you need at appropriate time later online.

I have only been here twice in 12 years and it’s always been very empty of shoppers which means you’ll get served straight away - some nice furniture

I cannot purchase my size shoes or clothing, customer service is poor, and prices are way to much overpriced. We can see them closing more stores soon.

0 Stars? Staff at the store was wonderful, purchase went smoothly. Friendly and professional. Then Macy's missed 7 delivery dates, hours on the phone with customer service, angry warehouse managers who have no problem hanging up on you. We finally gave up and cancelled our order. That was three months ago. Still no refund. Was told that since we didn't pay with a Macy's credit card they have no way of verifying that we actually paid and would need to provide bank statements. I'm sorry but no, I'm not printing my bank statement and sending it to you. Was then told the only thing we could do is dispute the charge with the bank. What a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble, go to Bob's.

I came in on a whim to review Bar III clothes - I'm looking for a designer that is budget friendly, trendy, mix and match and matchy Matchie sets for my xs/s frame - being right at the beginning of tall tall 5'9 and thin can have you looking jr high in clothes even though you're over 30 ok I'm over 40ish - anyway Bar III by Macys nice and trendy, won't break your pockets down to lint and I love dainty but also mixed with tom boy vibes - everyday wear but classy, sexy but can be dressed down or dressed up depending on accessories so buying clothes is always a challenge - I need to be an ambassador for some clothing lines or something - we all don't have BBLs or spend 300 hrs in the gym but are slim or thick or something in between - Dress us too... I said all that to say, "Thank You" I was reluctant yet I was pleasantly surprised, Bar III shameless plug for them - price point, quality, trendy, unique- I see you

We stopped to buy here looking at a specific living room set. The staff was helpful and it was easy to get in and out. I would purchase from this location in the future.

I would not recommend to shop for furniture here whatsoever. I just had to call again after the 3rd scheduled delivery appointment no show! Now waiting for a 4th time to reschedule. This is after the first delivery where they brought me the night stand which was fine but the dresser was bent, scalped, and broken. Now I have a nightstand without the matching dresser I ordered and they don’t know when it will be in stock. Also after, I receive a text message every time on the delivery day morning that they are on their way. Completely unorganized!

I haven't been to this Macy's in over 20 yrs and I won't go back for another 20. I love to shop at Macy's but this location is a dump and is in desperate need of a major overhaul. The place is so dirty and gross, hardly any merchandise in the whole store. What merchandise they have appears to be cheap clothing styles from 3 or more yrs ago, everything is dated, the jewelry cases were almost bare. The sales people if you could find one were just miserable. I went into a ladies dressing room and it was so disgusting I couldn't even begin to think about trying on cloths. Drive to DE or Towson and don't waste your time in this place.

The staff we encountered were nice and pleasant, but the store itself is severely lacking. The selection of merchandise offered was out of date and out of touch with reality. I'm talking like 3 years old or older merchandise. There were sales and bargain signs everywhere but I didn't find anything worth buying. The store seems as if it were going out of business?
