I was in this past Saturday and did a gel spa pedicure… the lady was nice but during the pedicure she scraped a chunk of skin from my toe. Causing it to bleed, then sprayed it with rubbing alcohol. I screamed bc the pain was bad. There was no apology or anything from the owner. She charged me full price and only asked if i needed a band aid. I will never refer anyone to this place.

I got my nails done with my sister in Michigan and wanted to get them redone somewhere local. & Honestly I’m not very impressed. I just got my nails done today and I had to file rough spots and chunks of polish off my fingers. I’m also frustrated because the color needed another layer at least. I can see through the color. I won’t be going back. The polish is also not smooth and has air bubbles. I’m probably done getting my nails done at all after this.

I don’t generally review businesses on google but I was truly disappointed with my experience. I went to Luxor as a walk in on Labor Day. I requested a spa pedicure and manicure and honestly felt rushed through. I waited an hour in the back but that I understood. It was busy since other shops in the area were closed. What I am more disappointed by is that my spa pedicure literally was sped through. I had a callus remover but no smoothing after. I didn’t get the benefit of the calf and foot massages so my heels still felt rough when I left the shop. And again my manicure felt rushed and while I didn’t request a polish I would have thought an oil would be apply. I understand the shop was busy but I would have hoped and expected a little more care to be taken since others around me were receiving that care. I don’t think I will be returning in the future especially since with tip I dropped 75 for ultimately something I could have done at home.Services: Pedicure

The service was OK but the female owner was very pushy and no matter what when it's time to pay she insist you tip. Tipping is not a law. It's an extra bonus if you liked the service. But no one should feel coerced into tipping. If you don't like the service should you be asked to tip after you paid for the service? No. The unwritten agreement is you pay for the service ? it's up to the customer if they want to tip. It's rude to tell someone to tip !That's a tip for the female manager/ownerServices: Acrylic nails

This place is a little expensive… gel nails 45.00 and if you pay by card 46.50 plus tips and they only last a good 8 days.

So I’ve been going here for years. The service is usually okay. This past Tuesday I brought my daughter in for nails & toes. The pedicure was good and the tech was gentle with her. She had a client and had someone else do my daughter’s nails. This woman used a DRILL on my 9 year old’s cuticles which left her with a deep cut and bleeding. Being in the beauty industry I know that you are supposed to push the cuticles back not drill the skin off. Praying she doesn’t have an infection. I stopped the service when I noticed, paid for her toes and left. The tech got mad and rolled her eyes at me bc she insisted MY child was okay…when in fact it was NOT okay. I’ve brought my daughter in plenty of times before and it’s fine. But the new older nail tech ??♀️. I won’t be back.

I have been going there for a while, but my usual person is no longer there. I’ve never been pleased with the fact that there are TVs on loudly, while the website advertises it as a peaceful spa. Not a spa atmosphere at all.
Today not only were the TVs on but the one doing my nails was talking on her Bluetooth the majority of time while the other employees talked continuously back and forth across the room.
My nails never got filed. I went home with unfiled raw jagged edges and cuticles that are a mess. I will not return, and am letting those friends that I’ve recommended to go elsewhere

First time going here and spent $244 for 3 of us. I got a gel manicure done with French tips on my real nails and 2 days later they were all peeling. I have a small infection in one of my toes and so does one of the people I went with. Not only that but they were talking amongst themselves and laughing and looking at us which made us feel like they were talking about us. I never felt like that at any other nail salon. Terrible place will never go back.Services: Manicure

I’m surprised this salon is still in business. Today, I took my daughter to get a full set. She brought a picture of what she wanted and it was very simple, (swirls on top of white paint) a child could do the design. $75!!! So I went back for an explanation of the charge. $45 full set, $5 for shape and $25 for a design. Swirls. Then argued that every where else charges more.Service: Nail extensions

I came in on a Sunday and asked for a deluxe pedicure, the pedicure itself took less then 30 mins and she charged me 86 dollars for it. There's no mask treatment, no hot stones, nothing except cuticle clean up, lotion, and a tiny bit of sugar scrub. It was very painful because she dug really deep into my cuticle and underneath the nail. I haven't been able to get to My feet because I'm pregnant so I understand she has to get them clean but i kept telling her it hurt. She had to put Neosporin on my big toes after wards. It felt very rushed and the price just seemed ridiculous because it wasn't a deluxe pedi at all. She said she couldn't massage my feet because I was pregnant when that was literally the only reason I came into the salon was to get my feet pampered. She said at 5 months it could "cause early labor." I will never be back. Update: I've been home for a couple of hrs and my toe is swollen and throbbing. I had to put ice on it to make it feel better!!! You should never be digging that deep with a metal stick in any toe nail. If someone is wincing in pain then you need to stop!!!! It's absolutely ridiculous that my feet hurt this bad when they should feel the opposite after getting a pedicure! Don't go here!

I take my mother inlaw here because she likes the owners;she calls him Henry.?He treats my mother in law nice. I've been to this salon twice. Going a 3rd time on Friday for a pedicure & Manicure. They do a good job. I've always been happy with my nails. I go about 3 or 4 weeks in between visits and the gel polish is still good. I've been to alot of salons and this salon has the same prices as everyone else. I hope they know we appreciate them.
