Virmarie at Sephora is amazing! She was very attentive as soon as I entered the Sephora section and helped me find the makeup products I was looking for that wasn’t on display. She also pointed out the items they had on sale and provided me with samples. Thank you so much for your great customer service!

Music change made experience so much better. Please review restroom sign, we loopped the store to use restroom. The perfume scent is overwhelming near checkout. Kaylee (sp?) from Bel Air was wonderful at checkout and very pleasant answering questions when stopped in the store. She made the experience very pleasant. Kaylee is a well designed model of a post COVID employee. She met us with a smile and was knowledgeable...so hard to find these days. Kudos yo Kaylee and Kohl's.

I used to be a JCPenney shopper. I am devoted to Kohl’s now. Absolutely love the Kohl’s cash, 40% off coupons, sale prices and rewards on the credit card. I couldn’t be happier! You must try.

As a petite woman, I am very disappointed by the selection and quality Kohl's has to offer me. As a size 2 & 4 in my younger years, I was happy to finally in my late 60's being in a size 6-8 as there were hardly any smaller sizes available. Now, I find a majority of the sizes available ranging in the X to XXXL. The prints and styles are hideous. The fabric is thin and pills easily. Kohl's clothes quality is cheap and has gone downhill. So disappointing. Even the shows don't hold up.
