Best work out I’ve gotten in a WHILE !! From the first class I knew I was going to be getting a membership. My first class was with Lavar and I didn’t feel rushed or like I had to do something I couldn’t and he encouraged and pushed me the whole way through. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten in a workout like this so to feel this good afterwards I can’t WAIT to keep going back and seeing how I improve !

I enjoyed the workout. However, I'm not a fan of the music played during the workout. I felt relieved to read in the contract that you do not allow profanity on the premises. I don't think you should allow profanity in the music played during workout either. No one should be subjected to music with profanity, specifically the "F" word. Your business appears professional, but the music played during tonight's session was a huge turn off and could potentially affect your business from growing.

This place is awesome!!I have been a member for a month and I really like the coaches they are amazing,they make sure you are doing things correctly.If you like kick boxing and working out hard come try this place. I love the energy and don't feel as if I am being judge by what I can't do lol.

Amazing sessions targeting specific areas of the body and besides, the trainers are experienced and the general camaraderie in the club is out of this world. If you are having a second thought about joining this great family, do not hesitate for another second because you will be missing out on so much. It's a lot of fun. This is a decision I wish I had taken earlier. But better be late than never. Come on let's go................
