I had the best experience at K&B bridal. Two of my bridesmaids referred me to come here after finding their dream dresses and they did not disappoint. Kayleigh went above and beyond with finding a dress for me. She is the kindest soul and didn’t not pressure me into buying a dress. She made a process that is normally stressful, stress less. I highly recommend future brides book with K&B, especially booking an appointment with Caitlin. She was friendly, warm and welcoming from the second we walked in and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was attentive throughout the entire process, paid very close attention to detail and found exactly what I was looking for. I can’t say enough how great K&B is! Last night I went to find my dress, Kayleigh was absolutely wonderful!! She was so patient, understanding, and made it such a fun experience! I would recommend coming here to anyone/everyone.

Kayleigh is absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail is incredible. She really gets to know you and listens to find you your perfect dress! As an indecisive person she made the decision so easy. I definitely recommend going to Kayleigh if you want to find your dream dress!!!

Wedding dress shopping was not a part of the planning experience that I was looking forward to. I had been to other salons and felt rushed or like my experience was purely transactional. When I walked into K&B Bridal and met Cheri, we instantly started laughing and I could tell it would be a different experience. Cheri sat down with me and looked through my Pinterest board, and asked questions that made sense to understand my vision. I wanted bold. I wanted a statement. And Cheri delivered with everything she pulled. We laughed the entire time - it was like I was shopping with an old friend. Cheri pulled something I would have never thought of for myself and it was actually everything I didn’t know I wanted. She and the entire K&B team made me feel so special and so confident.

Want to give a shout out to Taye, who helped me pick my dream dress. Considering this was my first time dress shopping, I honestly was not expecting to say yes to something so soon. However, she really listened to my areas of concern and understood my vision for my wedding dress. Each dress she pulled got better and better, making it a difficult decision! The last dress she delivered prevailed, surpassing my expectations ... I'm so in love with it and can't wait to walk down the aisle and marry the love of my life! I will say, while customer service was wonderful (Taye) in particular, the shop could use some sprucing up. Our bridal suite seemed a bit dingy, pillows looked stained, lighting was not flattering and the temperature was a bit warm/uncomfortable. Giving 5 stars for service, 3 stars for atmosphere. Thank you Taye for being so sweet, patient, and a superb consultant!!
