I had a bad experience elsewhere and I came to this location looking for a suit. Austin greeted me and asked what I needed. He listened and brought me exactly what I was looking for. The entire process took a fraction of the time it took me at the business that I went to prior to coming to this location. This dude was extremely polite and professional! Thanks again Austin, I appreciate you!

Walked in to explore my options for an upcoming wedding after a bad experience at men’s wearhouse. Austin went above and beyond to help me explore every possible option for my big day. He was so kind and patient. We ultimately decided this place would be a good fit for us!

This is the second time we have left this store after waiting 15 minutes to at least be acknowledged. My husband tried several nice blazers and was hoping to purchase, but no one came to help. No wonder the store was almost empty!

Very good experience here. Went in with a pair of pants and asked about turnaround for alterations (hemming). Got my pants back in 2 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quick and affordable adjustments. Highly recommend.

I was not pleased that the suit that I wanted was not available when I first went to the store. I'm not in the range of "uncommon sizes." At least I was able to order it.When I received the order, I returned to the store to get it tailored. When I got there, the salesman said that the tailor was not there that day and that I'll have to come back another day. Why does a suit establishment not have a tailor available when it's open? I was unhappy about that. Today, I return to the store again. The salesman said the tailor is not there today. WTF? The salesman was not even apologetic. He acted like it was my problem. I'm wasting my time with this place.I am extremely displeased with this establishment. I would like a refund.

I went into the store wearing my mask today and told the store manager I was wearing it because my wife was under the weather, but it was not COVID. Another young employee listening in and helping a white customer said something like, I have a young child at home so I don't need this. I responded to him, "that's why I am wearing the mask. Seems like he was trying to impress the other customer while being totally rude to me. After politely helping his cutomer he says, I'll be back here; meaning, he was getting away from me. If he really cared about bringing germs home to his new born he would wear a mask himself. Some, of course will disagree with me but I don't think if I was white, he would have ever said anything. As a retired Navy person and business owner this young man does not represent JoS A. Bank and needs to find employment elsewhere. You think even after I purchase a suit and more he would have apologized. Nope, arrogant and disrespectful and he needs to be fired! Thank you to the Store Manager, I greatly appreciate your help and that is why I purchased a suit. Again, he needs to be fired!

Walked in and was out in about 30 mins with a new suit and shirt. Very nice and helpful staff. Go here not the wearhouse where I walked around for 20 mins with no help.

My family and I went in to browse the selection and to find a suit. The employee that helped was nice and informative. Just when she finished speaking another customer approached and complimented the look of the jacket I wore. I responded in a joking fashion, to which the other customer responded with an accosting rant about religion. Little did I know that I was apparently destined for hell unless I read newest of testaments. (Maybe it’s because I was shopping for a suit on a Sunday). Either way, friendly enough staff but after the religious encounter we left in an uncomfortable and rushed manner. Not going back.

Nice clothes but expensive. My issue is with the sales people in this and other bank stores I've been in. They're not very friendly nor helpful. Seems like they're more interested in what themselves and other salespeople are wearing. I've walked out in the last three occasions which is really sad because there's some nice quality stuff there, but the experience is awful. Wake up JAB or you'll be closing more stores!

The Bel Air location has very professional and helpful staff. They made us feel very welcome! They were quick to speak with us and measure my boyfriend for a tuxedo. The tailor, Mary, is wonderful and had us laughing! We will definitely be using this store again! Thank you for your hard work!

I spent about $800 in a purchase at this specific store including a new suit. When I went to pick up the suit after alterations, I asked if there was a storage bag and the older woman who was working there yelled at me and told me they're out of bags. I then asked if it would be possible to just pick up one another day when they have them, and she again rudely snapped at me and said she didn't know when they would have any. Then she looked down at her tablet and ignored me as I just stood there kinda shocked at her ridiculous attitude. It was very bizarre. I will not recommend this particular JAB to anyone nor will I buy anything from there again.
