Horrible customer service. Joe Locke keeps pushing the false narrative that all oil changes are every 10,000 miles. This is completely incorrect and does not apply to older vehicles that are specified at every 5,000 miles per the printed Toyota maintenance schedule.

Very high priced. Work fast for oil change. Beware “Free oil change” you have to pay labor. They give you the oil. Did not review that at purchase. Labor fro 45 to 99 dollars. Free car wash is great! Just hand dry with mop. Automatic wash. People are exceptionally nice in service!!! They don’t make the prices!

They definitely don’t know what they are doing . Would not recommend this dealership to anyone . They are having trouble fixing my car and their recommendations to fix or change parts did not help my situation at all. Just burning my pockets.
