My husband and I went to Jones Bel Air Subaru and we were not disappointed. We were thinking we wanted a Crosstrek. Kevin Riebert, our sales person during our visit was AMAZING! He walked and talked us through the Outback, the Crosstrek and the Forester. Kevin answered all our questions, showed us the details of the cars, and was very patient through it all.
We decided on the Forester. From walking in the door, working with finance and leaving with our new Forester, all in all our experience was top notch!! We will let Kevin know when we are ready for our next Subaru!!!

Sales people were great, finance group as well. only think keeping it from being 5 stars was the missing key fob. if they didn't cost almost $500 from the subaru dealer it would not be an issue. but to get a 2nd one(it was not able to be located when we purchased or picked up our plates) the blank fob costs over $300 and the programming is $125.
We bought a 2017 Outback.

Recently bought a Subaru from Jones Subaru. The experience was a no nonsense and pleasurable one since the second that I stepped onto the property and met my salesman. Peter Deschner was beyond professional and made the car buying experience not only one that I would recommend to a friend but look forward to buying from Jones again.

Our experience here has been above and beyond. Our salesman Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and transparent throughout the whole process. Everything has been completely different from what you’d experience at a typical dealership, and that’s a really good thing.

Very good experience. . Jacob Ruff was extremely knowledgeable with the cars we were looking at and helped us to make a decision without guiding us one way or the other. Great to work with. We made our decision and pricing ended in line for what we expected to pay. Service here was also great. We had our present Outback worked on for its 60 k check up. They also were above expectations and great to work with. Didn’t offer or do any unnecessary work. Even made suggestions to save money. Great overall experience.

Buying the car was smooth, good experience. Only problem, the pre-owned car I bought was over due for service, oil change. Not happy about that. Didn’t find out till I got an alert from CARFAX.
