I took my car to Jones Junction for a simple factory recall. The recall stated estimated repairs would be 5 hours max. 48 hours later and no communication from Jones Junction they wanted to charge me $800 in repairs stating that my car is old and high miles and that they haven't been doing the service work on it. During the recall the bolts going into the cylinder head had been striped. Jones Junction disregarded this as some one else's doing. To top things off the car in their possession developed a radiator leak that they wanted to charge me $1300. I took my car into Jones Junction in working condition with no issues in good faith for a recall and got my car back in a dysfunctional state with several issues that I previously did not have. Jones Junction disregarded all of these issues claiming zero responsibility. Only way to post this was to give it a rating so I had to pick one star but they deserve zero!

Went to get a 24,000 mile maintenance done, the guy that helped mumbled the whole time and made it seem like their “de carb” was part of the service for routine maintenance, charged an extra $200 on top of the normally $85 service, these people are scammers left and right make sure you make them CLEARLY state what they are doing. This man sounded like his mouth was full or marbles, couldn’t understand a thing from him.

Worst customer experience ever. Carol is by far the most inept and incompetent customer service representative I have ever had to work with. My car was in the shop for several weeks. Every time I called to get an estimated repair time I was told it would be longer because more "issues had been found. I spoke with Carol multiple times and each time she promised to call me the next day with an update. She never did. I understand forgetting once or even twice, but not remembering to call me back ever is ridiculous. This happened 6 times. She never apologized either. I was also promised a loan vehicle while I waited. They never got back to me about that either. 0/5 stars if I could.

Just purchased my first EV, the Ioniq 5 from Jones Bel Air Hyundai! Very impressed with the staff and facility. If you're in the market for a new vehicle check the Jones dealerships out!

My 23 Kona was due for an 8k service. I also wanted a vibration addressed during the same service. The scheduling department was pleasant. However, service was making appointments about 3 weeks out. I arrived and the greeter took my information. She used a tablet that she laid on the hood of my new car to use. REALLY? My service advisor Jessica was not very pleasant and did not seem very knowledgeable. The service area is very nice and new. The service took about 1.5 hours, and they never addressed my vibration issue. When asked why, Jessica said they could not address that in their area yet it was what I scheduled and it's on my receipt. My very first time with Jones service was not a very good experience for me, and I will question using them in the future.

Called as my car died and needed to be towed. Told me 1.5 month wait list. Then supervisor told me they are not taking new customers and couldn't help me. Seriously!?!? A prepare shop that won't take new customers? Used a local independent garage instead

worse dealerships ever don't understand why you gotta wait a month just to come in for an oil change that takes an hour to do a month no matter how far in advance you call it's always booked a month out don't understand why they don't separate their appointments from oil changes to recalls to maintenance work that's takes hours to do then they don't wanna give you a loan car while your car is getting done so you always have to call out of work
