I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at Jiffy Lube in Bel Air, and I may say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but they also took the time to explain everything me in detail. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for their exceptional service and professionalism.

Okay so I came to this location after some really bad experiences with the Edgewood location. When I arrived I honestly expected it to be just as horrifying and the staff to be just as rude but thankfully that was not the case. From start to finish the whole crew was kind and courteous! We were in and out and what I believe was about 20 minutes. If you're ever in need of a quick oil change, I would highly recommend this location!

Yes - Jiffy Lube offers FREE TOP OFFS, and it was explained to me that i should have an oil change in lieu of getting topped off when I still had 1500 miles left on my previous oil change. I cannot help the vehicle I drive burns oil the way it does. I did opt for the oil change because the staff wasn't going to top me off for the 2nd time. Poor decision on his part.

The engine air filter they installed was bent or defective, causing a check engine and other lights to come on. The air filter was replaced, but somewhere in the process the sensor was damaged. It took 4+ hours to get the part and the repair complete. Not a good experience, but I believe this matter to be an anomaly.

Quick and efficient. There is a $15 coupon on line they accept if you use synthetic oil. Just google Jiffy Lube. I hate when they ask you a million questions in an attempt to up sell. Fortunately they didn't this time.

in May I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed and asked for synthetic oil and assumed everything was done which cost me $80 shortly after my car started making noise, and I discovered that there was only a quart of oil left. Nothing was showing on the dipstick. I took it to another shop, and it was the original oil filter from the time prior to going to Jiffy Lube. I went back to Jiffy Lube and asked to watch this time. I was told that I insulted them because I said it wasn't done correctly the time before and that I insulted them. I then asked them to pull my car forward so I could take it somewhere else.

The staff was friendly…a little too friendly. In retrospect, it seemed a bit of bait and switch while I got services tacked on to my bill that I did not ask for nor did I consent to them.I was asked what oil I normally use, and I said ‘synthetic blend, but conventional will be fine.’ A $25 oil additive was applied to my bill. I was not even asked if I wanted it, they just tacked it on.What really upset me is that I did not authorize a 2 part fuel treatment. In fact, I did not even know they did it until I got the bill. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it, and I definitely did not consent to having it done.The tech that was handling my paperwork was very pleasant and we made small talk. In hindsight, it feels like he took advantage of me. I was in a lot of pain (which is why I was turning to a quick oil-change facility in the first place) and reciprocating his small talk, so when he said he was “taking care of me,” I figured that was something you say to your customers to assure them. He applied a coupon to the bill, which I thought was just for a simple oil change at that point. A $49.99 oil change with a $12 off coupon that I had brought was now $104.00 total with his extras and his “taking care of you” coupon. “Taking care of you” in this case meant “taking advantage of you,” and for that, I’ll not be returning.
