The management that has run this mall is appalling. They have run stores out that they do not care for. It's like walking through a ghost town. I am surprised any major retail chain even stays.

Nice and quiet store, clean, friendly environment. But alot of the stores have shutdown and there's only about 70% stores left inside the Harford Mall

Nice stores. Large Macy's. Red Robin, Friendly's and a pizza shop. Very clean. Generous amount of parking.

Where did the retail stores go? The only place worth going to is the Italian Pizzeria called Givraldi's pizza. Best literally thin crust pizza.
