Brandon and Harford County Transmissions were amazing! They took on my Husbands truck that needed a lot of repairs we were able to drop the truck Off on the weekend with no one there and it was ready to fix come Monday when they opened. They promised the truck to be completed on Friday and it was done on Thursday. They sent photos and videos of what needed to be repaired via text! Truly a great experience from start to finish. Thank you!

Brought it in because my trans fluid was burnt. They said they’d do a diagnostic. After keeping my truck for a month, they told me “your fluids burnt”
No charge, so fine, but why waste my time for a month just to tell me what I already know?
EDIT: It took a week and a half of phone tag to get a call back from a tech about the final result. They said they were short handed. Doesn’t take the long to make a call…
Got no diagnostic report stating what was tested, what was found bad, what was found good.
Review is based primarily on these two factors.

From the point where my car was towed into the shop and they were handed over the keys. They contacted me to let me know they recieved my car. They also send pictures of the issues and are very honest and fair on pricing. I would highly recommend them they go above and beyond your typical shop. They provided great service and rebuild my transmission for a reasonable price. They had my car fixed in a week! Thank you Harford county transmission and automotive!

Excellent and honest service! And their price was pretty fair as well.
I dealt with Brandon Carnell (Service Manager), who took care of me professionally. He also shared a fair advice beyond fixing my vehicle. I also met a few of the staff when I picked up my car, which were all friendly and professional.
I truly recommend this business. And will definitely come back. Cheers!

Harford Transmissions was amazing. Brandon was the person that handled my transmission repairs and he was wonderful. He explained everything well, was super knowledge and friendly. He made me feel at ease and listened. I would definitely use them again for repairs.

This transmission business deserves an A+ in so many ways! Their Service Manager, Brandon Carnell did an excellent job of reassuring us about how the repair work would be done on our truck and the warranty that accompanies their work. We had done our own checking around beforehand and found out how great All their reviews were. Brandon was a polite and knowledgable young man and we enjoyed working with him. You need to trust these transmission specialists. They know what they are doing!

Manager coordinated a pick up for my Accord on Saturday evening, and I received a Video and pictures of service repairs on Monday. Super fast and efficient. The price was decent, the folks were honest and competent. Overall, this experience has been excellent. Courteous and honest treatment of customers; great service! I felt like they have known me for decades. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.
