Didn’t want to leave a review for a long time because this place is a well-kept secret. This is my favorite gym I’ve ever been a member of. Very reasonable price, all of the equipment I need, and not too crowded. No crazy membership contracts or termination fees. 24 hour access. Garage doors that can be opened when it’s nice out. The gym is great, there’s not much else to say!

Came in to check out the place because my buddies were telling me it was a great gym and atmosphere. Id been looking for a new gym to use after getting out of Pfit and also needed a gym to go to since it was closer and had more equipment. Long story short I came in and the owner didnt even introduce himself to me. First words he said were, "did you sign up? Pay, or else get out. So I can't check out the gym before I was planning on buying a membership and you dont even properly introduce youself? Wow! Way to do business! The search continues I guess.

Great family-owned gym. Pat is a great trainer who is patient and detailed in explaining what exercises do what. Reasonably priced as well.

Great place to work out, has every machine you'd wanna use during a workout. The members that go there create a good atmosphere to workout in. The owner Pat is a good guy very helpful and informative.
