Great family-owned gym. Pat is a great trainer who is patient and detailed in explaining what exercises do what. Reasonably priced as well.

Pat and his son are professional, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I can't think of a better place to work out.

Great place to work out, has every machine you'd wanna use during a workout. The members that go there create a good atmosphere to workout in. The owner Pat is a good guy very helpful and informative.
