CAN NOT try on clothing. No dressing rooms. You have to buy everything, take it home, try on and return what does not fit. You must pay for everything and make two trips to store. What a ridiculous thing for people who shop Goodwill. It is an excessive burden to deal with. It is not helpful to the people in the community who have transportation issues or budgets.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous for stuff that was donated. I know they have new in box stuff too that I did not even look at. I am there for a deal not to pay the same price or more as someone had it marked for their yard sale and their yard sale sticker was still on the item. So much for good will, don't waste your time.

Worst goodwill Store I’ve ever been to. They don’t do any color tag discount like every other store and the items are all in bad shape, no decent brands, everything is very used and falling apart. Don’t waste your time stopping.

I love the shoes, they’re brand new, my nice toll me, aunt I love your shoes and I replied her, guess what I bought them in Goodwill from Bel Air.

This store is so bad. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. Seriously do better in real stores. It’s really sad for people who are really struggling. They’ve become soooo greedy. I will never go back.

Good selection of clothes and their employees are nice. Other than that their shelves are sparse and their items are outrageously overpriced. Do better Goodwill.

Worst goodwill I think I’ve ever been to. We shop goodwill a pretty good bit and throughout all the cities we travel to. This store was huge, but barely had anything. Everything was super overpriced. Literally had items that I can buy in store for much much cheaper or same price for brand new. I wouldn’t waste my time.

This is literally the worst goodwill I’ve ever been in, and I go to a lot of them. Whoever is in charge of deciding what to put out and throw away/ how to price an item needs to be fired, and should be arrested for how out of touch with reality they are.

Big store, but the dressing rooms aren’t open. Spent thirty minutes grabbing clothes I liked only to find out I can’t try anything on… needless to say I left with nothing. Pretty big waste of time!
