I used Jeff to prepare my taxes. It's very clear he deals in volume, and not personable with his customers. He f'd up stuff years ago and I am still dealing with it til this day. I will be returning to H&R Block, and the lovely, kind team.

Awfull they messed up my mother and my taxes causing the irs to fine us and then were to lazy to call the irs to help fix it i had to call myself and have the fine removed

Frank and his team take care of 5 of my family members and myself. We are terrible procrastinators and get our taxes in super close to the cut off date and he always makes sure we make the deadline! He is fast and fair he offers us a discount for having so many family members using him! He gets us top dollar! He is knowledgeable, friendly and fast to respond to any questions even during the busy tax season right before the cut off time! I love how each year we get a nice neat print out to fill out with several things already plugged in so it makes it super simple to complete. Thank you Frank and your amazing team! Been using him for 10 years or more now!

Apparently these guys think you can file as single when your married and living separately. I got a notice from the IRS. This is in violation of the Internal Revenue Code. These guys definitely are not tax experts.

My invoice said ammendment instead of amendment, which is the correct spelling. What else don't they know?
