I found the staff to be very friendly. The vet tech I had was personable and knowledgeable. I liked her a lot. However, I wouldn't recommend seeing the veterinarian who is there on Wednesday, Dr. Sprong. She seems kind, but definitely has a hearing impairment that affects her ability to communicate with clients. She couldn't hear me and I'm not a soft spoken person. The tech had to speak up and relay my questions to her. I also wondered if she can't hear me, can she hear my pets heart? As I new pet owner I want an easy flow of conversation so that I can feel free to ask questions. I'm sure, 100% that she is a great woman with lots of experience, but a barrier to communation was a challenge for me during our visit.

I am dog sitting my mother's dog and she is a patient there. This was my first time at this vet but the experience was great. The vet tech was very nice and showed me how to take care of the problem.

Dr. Lerner is always so kind to us and has met with us a few times for last minute emergency requests. The staff is always willing to help you! Great veterinary service.

Great staff, reasonably priced services. Both vets at this location have a vast wealth of knowledge of dogs from my interactions with them. Even if you don't live in BelAir or Forests Hill check them out if you need a vet.

Dr. Lerner is the most caring and thoughtful vet we have ever had. He goes way above and beyond any time our animals have any health issues. I wouldn't take our animals anywhere else.
