The fact that people still use FedEx is so funny they suck and lie about where your package is at so expensive to ship stuff and don't even get them on time sad you guys need to go away your agents suck and so does your customer service

I just picked up a printed bound document from here. Great customer service. The employee working 2/9 at 8am was very friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile for sure, super grateful!

We were expecting a package to this site. FedEx website said this store is a hub so my shipper sent the package to this site. The lady denied my package because it was a snake and said we don’t except animals so I denied it. My shipper got an authorization from FedEx so that the package could be sent back to this site and when we went in to check on it, the lady was very nasty and said well I don’t care that you got an authorization from FedEx if it comes back here I will deny it again. I again said but FedEx gave us authorization and we really don’t have time to drive the extra hour to the next hub whenever it finally gets there, they are animals and you are just denying them so they will be stuck on the truck even longer. They were due at 10am, it’s now 3PM and they are still “somewhere “. I asked the lady can she find out where the truck is and we can track him down she said NO! Then some older man said well we don’t have to except animals and if you want them then go sit in the parking lot for the next few hours until he comes back! Like really? Very rude and unprofessional to say the least.

I have been using FedEx for my small business printing needs for the past 12 years and they are beyond amazing. They are quick and efficient. Rob always takes care of me in helping to determine the best selections for what I need.

They gave me my 16x20 posters in a plastic bag. By the time we got home, they had creases in them. The worst packaging, Fed Ex wasn't worth going to.

Came here to pick up my Gibson SG. The lady dropped it while getting it from the back. I asked her if it fell. She didn't apologize she said worse happens while its being shipped. Unfortunately Ill have to come back.

I have always had positive experiences when going to this location over the years. Most team members went above and beyond to help me. I've also had cool conversations with staff while getting the services I needed.I'll share my recent experience on 6/10/2023. FedEx team member, T'Andre provided GREAT customer service, patience, and professionalism! When I came back for a $38 refund, T'Andre was kind and professional with a laid-back, approachable demeanor. Unlike his female colleague that was rolling her eyes and sighing with an attitude to avoid doing the refund. She acted like I was a burden or a hassle because she was the one that completed the original purchase. A very stark contrast!At that moment, T'Andre was the positive representation of the 508 Baltimore Pike, Bel Air, MD 21014-4330 location. Definitely keep him at the front desk for this location. I felt welcomed and encouraged to return.

I had called ahead; received excellent advice and info. From a young lady. When I arrived at the store; I asked who spoke to me and Danielle said she had. I thanked her, and asked for her help. She guided me thru the process of shipping special mdse. Out, and sized a box and showed me how to assemble. Danielle was knowledgable, polite, and extremely friendly. Made the experience a great one!

The email print and go never works anymore (getting a code sent to email to print). Have tried multiple emails and multiple times and I never get a code. Please fix this, it used to work flawlessly.

Came in Saturday for passport services. Was told they only did expedited passports which would cost more money. We asked the gentleman, if we pay the additional fee, can we get everything completed today. We were told yes. We sat at the computer and followed all of the steps and paid $147.00. Once we printed the paperwork we learned they could not complete the process. We still needed to take the forms to another place to be signed off on which would cost an additional $35.00. AND we would still need to pay the fee to the government. When I approached the employee about being given incorrect information, he said he told me they could ship it today. But that is not what was asked! He then had the nerve to look at me and say, "I never told you we could give you a passport today." I am semi-intelligent and this is not my first passport. I never expected a passport, for $147.00 though, I expected them to be able to finalize the application. Instead we drove to the nearby library and paid $35 for them to sign off on the paperwork and send it out. I still have no clue why they charge $147 for expedited passport services when they do nothing but fill in the blanks on the form and give you a shipping label.
