Don’t come here for tick bites. They don’t see it as emergency.

This place varies from ok to terrible. The wait time varies greatly so its best to schedule an appointment online before going.
The support staff is great, the nurses are above average, but every doctor I've had there speeds through examinations and aren't very thorough. I drive miles out of the way to go to a similar clinic because I got fed up with their overall quality of care.

I did NOT like it here at all. Except one girl! She was very nice took my x rays but no one knew what to do after that
I went there after the first one and when I was done with the x ray the nurse :doctor didn’t really do much and then never sent me the papers for discharge and was not very nice! I had a broken toe and basically got shoved aside so ridiculous

It's my go to when I am sick or injured but not enough to need to go to the ER. I have always received excellent care and have even done telemedicine appointments when I couldn't go in person when sick and knew it was not Covid.

Short wait time (I did check-in ahead of time). Reception staff, medical assistant, and doctor were friendly and caring.

Terrible experience today. The PA doesn't know the definition of broken skin. Apparently, blood doesn't qualify as broken skin. Very very poor experience. Sad, because P.A. Sarah is amazing.
This is what the incompetent and unqualified PA that was on staff on friday, June 8th around noon, claimed was "unbroken skin".
I was attacked by a dog, that has been confirmed to be unlawfully neglected with rabies shots..
So this is a life and death situation.
You need to seriously evaluate your staff because they are not qualified medical professionals, if this is how they behave.
When you are bleeding, that is the medical definition of broken skin.
With unbroken skin, any bleeding would be internal. That is medically identified as a bruise.
8th graders should not be more educated than a PA from express care. Avoid like the plague

After a long day of travel and feeling absolutely like garbage from a severe cough I arrived to this location at 8:34pm (because the website indicated they close at 9pm) only to be advised by the two front desk girls (who were more interested in social hour) that they don’t see patients after 8:30pm. If you don’t see patients after 8:30, then why do you have open appointments listed for 8:42pm and the website indicates a 9pm closure? This is absolutely the worst customer service and a complete lack of regard for patient care! I had been coughing so bad that I almost passed out and my chest was hurting and it must have been bad for me to even want to go to the doctor. This place is unsatisfactory at best.

They closed at 9 PM. I showed up at 8:33 with the potential broken arm and they weren’t willing to see me. Way to go urgent care - you don’t seem to be providing care for people who need urgent help.

Arrived to my appointment I had made online and they were closed. There was someone sitting at the front desk but she told us we need to go to another location. No one had called or notified me informing me that they were closed. I was very sick and was extremely frustrated that they knew I had made an appointment but failed to inform me that they were closed.

Insanely slow. We made an appointment and still waited almost two hours to be seen on a day that the waiting room had only a handful of people.

We have visited this site a few times over the past year. The staff is courteous and pleasant. The providers are patient and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience at ExpressCare on Churchville Rd. From the ease of making the appointment online, to the receptionist guiding me through the checkin process, the entire visit was prompt and surpassed my expectations. And a special thanks to Mr. Michael Olds for the time spent listening, examining and educating me regarding my illness. It meant a great deal to me. You are truly a compassionate medical provider doing an excellent job. Above all of that, thank you for your service. May God bless you, your family and coworkers. ?

From the time I got there til I left my experience was A1!!!!! The receptionist was so polite . The Medical Assistant made me feel like she loved her job which made all the difference. Then Dr Gombeh-Alie came in with the icing on the cake!!!! She didn’t make me feel like a big cry baby or that my concerns weren’t enough to have me in a urgent care ( that has happened at other places) She got down to the bottom of my concerns and once it was all said and done I felt amazing leaving! In closing I wish I would have gotten the receptionist name because again she was just polite and happy that I was feeling better than I did when I came in. Thank you guys ❤️ Your kindness matters
