Chris handled the financing for my client's Purchase of a Medical Office building in Baltimore County. He navigated a defaulting tenant, providing guidance for Buyer and Seller to continue moving forward. Communication was strong from day one, Client was very happy, and ultimately the transaction was smooth.

Killed my real estate deal by changing terms at the last second. Initially was 4.85% 30 year fixed at 80% LTV which became 6.99% 30 year fixed at 80% LTV because market interest rates went up - this I understood and accepted. But then they blindsided me 3 months into my purchase contract claiming I never disclosed this was student housing which I did explicitly in the beginning. They changed my quote to 6.99%, 30 year fixed, 65% LTV which was completely undoable. But then they reverted back to 6.99%, 30 year fixed at 75% LTV and I was relieved to be able to go back to my attorney and broker telling them my deal was saved, that we were able to work something out.But then they doubled back a second time to 6.99%, 30 year fixed at 65% LTV.While I found their frequency of communication and responsiveness very professional, the way my deal was handled has damaged my reputation with my local brokers and cost me several thousands of dollars in fees.
