I worked with Tracey out of David O'Dea's office!!! She was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She got me better coverage on my vehicle which cost less than my current plan. Also I received better cover and cost less on my condo as well.

The customer service at this State Farm agency has been truly phenomenal. I really appreciate that whenever I have had any issues or questions, I have been able to call them and speak with a real human immediately! No need to navigate through computer prompts or work with any robots! Something truly rare in today's age! I also appreciate that when I call, I am able to work with the same employees who are familiar with my situation and follow up on my cases. One of them has been Karen Gabel who has even taken the initiative to reach out to me to inform me on the status of my case. Thank you!

I have been with State Farm when Buck Roberts was my agent 35 plus years ago and it was the highest quality car insurance and affordable then, and now with David O'dea as my agent it's still the same high quality insurance at the most affordable price on the market. Big ole shout out to Dave, Tracey and Liz for all your care and help and high quality professionalism. Just added my wife to my policy and saved a boat load on the premium compared to her previous insurance provider. Keep up the good work at Team O'dea. You all rock!!!

When I called to get a quote for my auto & home insurance, they were very helpful and professional. After getting several quotes from different insurers, David O'Dea had the best policies and prices. She appreciates how communication that is proactive, clear, and timely instills confidence and makes people want to do business with you.
