I had Adam come to my house today and perform annual maintenance on my oil furnace. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaned up the work area as if he wasn't here. Fabulous job and 5 stars for sure!!!! Kudos to Adam.....I will request him for any future needs for sure...

My elderly uncle has been a customer for years. He needed a new furnace that would fit through a small entrance into the basement. Austin and Master Technician Tom was able to find one and install in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks again to Adam, Thomas B. and Thomas G. for the quick install. They did a great job.

I just want to say what a professional and thorough job Tom, Chase and Will did installing a new Roth oil tank in my son's home on Friday and today (Thursday, February 22nd). They were polite and did the work quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Corbin Fuel because of the job these guys did! Thank you Chase, Will and Tom!

I have an $800 credit sitting in my account with Corbin Fuel and they’re refusing to deliver Fuel to my home because my name has not been added to the account. I have lived in this house as long as we have owned it and have been by my parents caregivers. They both just died, and they’re refusing to deliver Fuel to me because my name is not on the account! How can they have the right to withhold fuel for me when I have $800 sitting there that’s needed to pay for my Fuel? I will be looking for another propane company. I refuse to continue doing business with this company. Be aware legally, they are not allowed to do that.

Very unprofessional people. Do not waste your time, money or effort with them. Will charge you your arms, legs and eyeballs. Staff are very rude. The Bel Air location manager or whoever he was the rudest business person I have ever came across. He was yelling at us and when we travelled out of the country, came back they had taken our tank. So they didn’t even had the permission to open our gate and came in our property. When I called him to talk he was rude, obnoxious and very indecent. If you want someone unprofessional, rude and idiotic… call the Bel Air location Corbin

Have had Corbin technicians come out 2 times in the last 2 months. Both times, the techs were professional, courteous and very helpful. We have a oil-burning boiler furnace which needed work done. In both cases, the technicians were outstanding. I would recommend Corbin for furnance issues for this coming Winter whole-heartedly. Awesome, Five - Star review.

I am using Corbin fuel as my propane and heating oil supplier. They have great prices and have been very professional. I spoke with numerous suppliers and chose Corbin for the transparency in pricing, competitive prices, and the level of customer service provided.

Corbin Fuel is an excellent family owned business. They have been my heating oil supplier since 2006 when I purchased my home. Their service contract is the best! Includes an annual cleaning and prompt emergency service. My AC system died in the middle of the July heat wave. My system was approaching 40 years old. Repair it wasn't the best option. I chose to replace the oil furnace, oil tank, and AC unit. On the scheduled date six technicians arrived at 9 am and completed the job by 3:30 pm. The price was less than I expected to pay. I highly recommend Corbin for all your fuel and HVAC needs.

Tom was our Corbin service technician. He was on time, thorough and explained all aspects of the HVAC unit we have in our home. We have used Corbin in 2 homes over 20 years and could not be happier with our auto fuel deliveries and service.

We've had some issues with our tank placement in the past because it was located inside a locked gate. We've called many times in the past asking them to call ahead for access to the tank, something they seem to be incapable of understanding. Every time they come to fill our tank, we get an angry call from Gary about having a locked gate blocking their driver from accessing our tank. The most recent event was the most absurd. Gary from the Bel-Air location called my mother yelling at her about the (what most people would consider a small issue) tank being inside a locked fence. He then threatened to have our tanked pulled and account closed. It's funny he's mentioned directly by name in other reviews. We've tried to communicate to them the simple solution but they don't get it, it's all our problem. We moved our tank so they could access it for now but we plan to close our account and switch providers when renewal comes around. Really what a joke to yell at and threaten your paying customers regardless of any situation. Like, it's almost funny Gary got so mad ? about nothing.Hope that problem gets solved, it's not worth getting upset about.
