I finally removed my son from this facility after 4 years and 2 months, and I truly regret waiting so long to do so. The local management since early 2023 has been a complete disaster. The current director lacks any appreciable leadership or management skills which has permeated through some of the staff and operations. I have had multiple hand-holding sessions with her over undocumented injuries to my child, an injury requiring emergency medical care where the facility initially did NOTHING to prevent the same accident from happening again, blatant dishonesty from staff members, and inappropriate student-to-teacher ratios. Yet almost nothing changes without multiple conversations or meetings. Corporate leadership cannot remove her fast enough.
The only saving grace for the facility are some of the truly exceptional teachers and staff members that are able to thrive under substandard leadership. I don't want to state names, but know that there are some dedicated, caring, and professional staff that are the only thing keeping this place alive.
The facility is tired and in need of maintenance. There are overgrown weeds in the play areas, worn and tired restrooms for the children, fascia peeling off the building, overgrown landscaping, etc. I had to ask multiple times and in multiple settings for the facility to clean the trash from their parking lot. Have some pride in the facility. Make it look like it's worth $2,000 per month.
Should you send your children here? No. There are far better facilities for comparable rates.
I'm sure someone from Celebree will respond to this review stating that my review is a misunderstanding, I should contact them to resolve my issues, etc. Don't buy it. Take your children to a better facility.

Came back at 2yrs old and stayed all the way through graduation, my daughter loved every room she went to and raved about Ms Janae(sp?) she still talks about her despite being at a new location. Lots of director turn around but still loved them all in our years there. My daughter thrived and it really set her up beautifully for Kindergarten

Love the teachers in the 2A, 2B, and the 4A. They are always there and go above and beyond to teach the kids many different things.

We have had the BEST experience at Celebree so far! Our daughter gets so excited to see all her teachers at drop off every day. The infant teachers are all so caring, attentive and friendly. It's so nice seeing all the fun activities they do to help the infants hit their milestones. I love that they're great at communicating any changes. Absolutely every teacher and director that we see in the building is always so warm and friendly. We're so thankful for everyone there!

I highly recommend this Celebree school location. The teachers are just wonderful and attentive. The class structure provides a sense of COMFORT and my son just seems to thrive in their learning environment This school is home for our family!! :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t enroll your 4 year old here. Four your old teachers and staff are horrible (except the director Chelsea). Heather and Janae (preschool 4 teachers) are just there for a paycheck. They will lie on your children, talk bad about them to others, and lack compassion. This school is money hungry (still waiting on a refund they owe me and they tried to get extra tuition from something they messed up on), everyone tells you different information, and they lose your child’s belongings. My child also was hurt twice in this school which has not been reported. (Will not post pictures of child’s injuries on review due to my child being a minor). They make it seem like they so perfect and your child is a horrible person. They quick to tell you of the wrong doing your child did, but can’t tell you what triggered your child to act the way they claim your child to be acting. They also use foul language around the kids. Please be aware.Update 09/07/3023, I have been waiting on the so called district manager to email me back when I gave her my concerns and sent pictures of my son’s injuries around 07/10/2023. I have yet to hear from her. I guess they don’t care because my son no longer attends that school. I did get a refund for my son’s stolen items. Glad I found a better school that listens to the parents and don’t instantly blame the children.

I’ve transferred from Cellebree laurel bush to Celebree Bel Air and I must say the staff has made my journey a rewarding one they are patient and understanding to my children’s needs both are different in their own way special thanks to Ms Lizbet Mr Brett Ms Shea all in the school aged classroom and Ms Heather Ms Monica Ms Lauren all in the threes classroom I want to thank you for everything you do with the kiddos your patience and diligence are amazing Gratitude always sincerely thank you .

I absolutely love Celebree. My oldest loves Mr. Brent and Ms. Liz and my son loves Ms. Lauren. The ladies in the front office are amazing as well. Chelsea and Sydney always provide assistance when needed. I love all of the staff there. I can't imagine my kids going anywhere else.

We take such comfort in knowing our daughter is loved and cared for by ALL teachers at Celebree in Bel Air! Each teacher has their own set of super powers and we are so fortunate to be part of the Celebree community. The teachers in Infant A and B go above and beyond each day to make sure all babies feel loved and safe! Shout out to Ms. T’Shauna for her amazing communication skills and heart of gold, Ms. Audrey for always caring for her babies and and Ms. Patrice for radiating happiness! Thank you!!!!

My daughter has been in love with Ms. Heather and Ms. Lauren since day one. Although she has left Ms. Lauren’s class, she still has fun with Ms Heather every day. Ms. Heather is kind and personable teacher. She puts so much time into her activities and makes sure something new and fun is planned every day. Shes also super easy to communicate with when concerns arise.
