Called to tow... they subed (or they are part of) the towing to Parkville Towing who towed my jeep the wrong way and ruined my transmission. While it was obvious what they did, the have not paid for one thing. While my insurance covered it and tried to get them to pay and have clearly determined Parkville Towing caused the damage, they have not paid. I strongly suggest you never use Car Angel or Parkville Towing.

They took over 2 hours to pick me and my young child up and it was freezing cold outside and I had to keep calling them to see where they were they never communicated to tell me why they were running so late they lied and told me that they were going to charge a additional 250$ then told my boss which was paying that she needed to pay a additional 1000 thousand dollars to get my car out needless to say they didn’t do anything and didn’t refund the other 275$ it cost to get them to come out . If you want to get ripped off these are your guys. WORSE TOW COMPANY EVER!!!!!Service: Car towing

I REALLY hope it doesn't happen again, but if I ever again find myself in a disabled vehicle on a lonely country road in 40 degree weather, I will be calling Car Angel to help me. They came when they said they would, and their calm help and advice on the phone was beyond the call of duty. They kept in touch to let me know what had gone on, and that my car had reached its destination. I highly recommend these folks.

Gave me an ETA for an hour and then never showed up. I called again and he told me he was a half hour a way and would be there soon. He never showed up again. I was stuck in the snow and sleet with no help. Thank you, Car Angel Towing.....?

I wuz stranded with a flat tire Dey came hour late. When they got there the driver wrecked of smoke. Very unpleasant drive in the cab to the shop. They were pretty quick getting there but lack of professionalism overtrumped it. Booh!!!!

I called to get quote and the told $500. I ask how did you come up with that price and then he just start getting rude. All I know is most tow company tell you how much per mile. Good luck to anyone that deals with them.

After my card was charged, I tried contacting Car Angel to obtain an invoice for the amount charged. I made multiple attempts via e-mail, phone and text message over a 6 week period. Ultimately I have been unsuccessful in obtaining the invoice. Reminiscent of a business that would not like repeat customers or referrals.

Anytime your car breaks down its an unpleasant experience. However, these guys made the experience a little less stressful. Prompt, professional service, and very friendly. I can highly recommend them.

Junior was fantastic. He got to me quickly and was very patient on the phone while I tried to explain where I was in the labarynth of parking lots at Bayview. Very friendly and, most importantly, fixed my tire on the spot. Thank you!

Very friendly and effective tow company. The gentleman that responded named Jr. was very helpful. Reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.
