I stayed here for awhile on a work assignment. Here’s what I’ve experienced:1. They have roaches and assassin bugs, and it’s the worst on the 1st and 2nd floors. I’ve woken up to them on my nightstand2. The ceilings are leaky and the locks to the rooms don’t work. I had to get a new card in a daily basis3. Finicky appliances, especially the dishwasher4. No breakfast and when you do get something from their snack area you get double chargedOnly stay here if it’s being payed for or you are on a very tight budget

I loved my stay for new years! We stayed from Saturday - Wednesday. Our flight got changed last minute and we ended up getting into Maryland around 10am. We called to tell the hotel even though we know check in is at 4pm. They worked what they could and got us in a little early. The staff was always very nice and helpful. I think the GM is the one I had the most contact with. She was such a sweet person! This will definitely be my go to place every time I come to visit! Thanks for giving 10000% best customer service!

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at first the manager wanted to do a room inspection so I let her in to inspect I'm the only one that I know of that they done a room inspection. Then a week later I'm getting kicked out she told my son that the staff said they smelled smoke by our room then the same lady told my wife that the tenants said they smelled smoke without even coming in our room to check. I told her we would be out by 11am that day next 15 minutes the cops showed up at my door he was very nice told us we had 3 hours to move out .but she didn't need to call the cops cause when she told us to leave we was getting our stuff ready to move.then after that she tried to charge us another 600 and something dollars.we didn't ever smoke in the room we went out side to smoke

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and newly renovated with lots of great amenities. I stayed in a suite with two queen beds and it was wonderful. The room had a full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, and a kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The fitness room is a good size and offers a variety of free weights and equipment, including several treadmills, an elliptical, and a stationary bike. Guests can also use the laundry room for free which is great for longer-term stays! The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is that I would prefer if the hotel offered a continental breakfast. I understand that many hotels do not offer breakfast, but since this hotel is clearly designed for longer-term stays, it would be helpful to have breakfast onsite. It got expensive and inconvenient to have to eat breakfast out every single day during my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was on the last morning of my stay, about 2 hours prior to checkout time, housekeeping walked in on me while I was in a towel because they mistakenly thought I had already checked out. This was a bit awkward and embarrassing lol. But otherwise, everything went well.

I can't say enough nice things about this property. First, the rooms have been recently renovated and are immaculate. The rooms come with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and a dishwasher. The sitting area, bedroom, and bathroom are equally modern and tasteful. And something I've never experienced at a hotel before - the washer/dryer on property are free. While the rooms and the property are stunning, I can't say enough nice things about the hotel staff and management. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and like family. The hotel's GM was responsive and so accommodating to our group's needs. I travel a lot for work and she is one of the best hotel GMs I've experienced.I can't recommend this property enough. A hidden gem in the Bel-Air/Aberdeen area.

Black mold outside of my room on first floor. Room smells musty and gnats flying around. Not very clean, would never stay there.

Check in lady needs a better computer ?️ system, monitors look brand new, but apparently software is hard to figure out. Employees were friendly, one was smiling even during the big mess of software System. We wish that A/C was newer, the property really needs a brand new A/C since it works fine but it's not properly maintained, very old A/C. Air was fresh, but there was an air freshener inside the A/C system which if breaks inside, gets in electrical system can burn the whole place down. Air freshener must be on top of a table inside rooms, not inside A/C system. Pillows were very soft, bed pretty soft, bed should adjust to costumers body, the room color isn't appealing, color of the room needs more life to it. Chairs ? in the room looks like only for nursing home which I felt okay since in near future I will be very old as well, but even old people needs chairs more appealing design and colors. 5 ⭐✨⭐ is because we believe we can soar together.Safety: Your hotel sign is covered by ? trees, so your costumer can barely see the sign of the hotel. A/C must not have air freshener inside it since if air freshener breaks inside gets in the electrical system it can burn the whole property down.

Room was reserved for a wedding on base and I couldn’t have been happier! It all began with the wonderful customer service when I arrived to check in, and although 3 pm is the normal check in time, after arriving due to a 6 am flight, Ursula could tell I needed rest and allowed me to check in early!!! The room was spacious and very clean (including the kitchen area). The hotel is convenient to everything on base! The fitness center was clean & sanitized and breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a relaxing stay and if I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be sure to return!

Dirty, I would not stay here again.I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights April 28-30 for a funeral. The hotel was under construction so as to be expected there was some extra dirt in hallways ect. however even with that being said it was dirtier than just from construction. We checked in to our King Suite but when we got to the room the bed was a queen, the real problem for me was the dried shredded cheese and toenails scattered across the carpet. I went back down to registration, they apologized and moved us into the king suite I had booked, stated due to construction it must have been mixed up.We got to the king room and it was cleaner but no joke, I found more nail clippings when I pulled open the curtains, looked like they had been missed by the vacuum because of the curtain? Either way that’s gross. I cleaned it up myself and wiped down the room with Lysol wipes. Our room appeared to have been renovated already but whoever did the renovations did not do a good job, everything was poorly done. Paint from the cabinets splattered onto the new wood floor, drywall patching was bad, the bathtub was not new and was chipped and stained and it appeared they painted the chips on tub and clear caulked the dirt or maybe mold into the cracks from the new granite shower wall. ? They had good intentions with the renovation but it was very poorly done. Finally, which I didn’t think was too big a deal to me but something to note the elevator inspection expired in 2020? That’s a long time to be expired…lolI don’t travel a lot but when I do I usually stay at Holiday Inns, Hilton or rent condos but this is the dirtiest place I’ve stayed. The rest of my in-laws were staying here for the funeral and I didn’t book for canceling but I wish I had. My sister in law said that her room had leftover food in the fridge when they checked in and they stayed elsewhere Saturday night.Just not a very well run hotel for cleanliness. There are a lot of other hotels in the immediate area and I would absolutely recommend staying somewhere else.

The management at this hotel is completely incapable and has actively ignored my many attempts to contact (calls, emails and opened a case with IHG) regarding a terrible experience checking out of the hotel. I was hoping to let management know what had occurred apparently they don't care to know. It’s completely unprofessional and ridiculous to ignore a guest trying to reach out. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you would like to be treated with respect or receive any customer service at all. With so many other options in the area, I will never stay here again and will never recommend a hotel who ignores their own guests.Other than that the stay was not great. The room smelled like mold from the heating/cooling unit, the refrigerator/freezer smelled like something died inside of it, the water reeked of chlorine and dried our skin out all week. There was many random items throughout the hotel room from the previous stay (soda bottles, charging wires and pennies on the ground) that indicated these rooms are not cleaned very well at all. The only redeeming quality would be that it does have a kitchen which can save you money on a longer stay but so do other hotels.Pay attention to what room you booked and where they put you as well. When we checked in they tried putting us in a queen bed room when our booking was for a king. I went to the desk and asked if maybe a mistake was made and if that room was a queen or king. I was told “I dont know” then gave me keys to a new room and basically was told to go check if thats the right room.Probably one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had with the cherry on top of terrible nonexistent customer service!

Traveling to Florida with one dog and had to find a pet friendly room as I-95 traffic was not cooperating. They were doing renovations as the lobby was completely bare down to the concrete floor. Which to me is a good sign. The staff assured me that my room would be completely new. I was pleasantly surprised with my room. Bathroom was very nice, brand new and clean. Flooring and carpet were new. There was a full kitchen that was clean. Bed was comfortable and all linens were fresh, clean and unstained. There was no odor in the room except whatever is used in the pet rooms for flea prevention. A little much but there were definitely no insects of any sort lol. I cannot comment on anything but the room as I did not see any other areas except the lobby which, again, was under renovation. Overall it was a good nights stay and they are definitely putting money into renovating and updating. Price was reasonable and I would definitely stay there again.

Our room had wooden planks and plastic wrap on the floor upon arrival and the floors clearly hadnt been cleaned. Theres only 1 dog bag station, which had no dog bags or trash bag and was on the side of the building with the least grass by far. Only 1 laundry room was operational, the fitness center equipment was not all ready, the trolleys had empty boxes on them and there were no prices posted in the store.$75 dog fee for no extra service is just greedy. There are plenty of hotels that charge $20 or nothing because they value their customersIts an incredibly nice place, from a material standpoint, but they are clearly unprepared for guests in many respects. It was still a good stay and Ill likely be back, but just seemed like you rushed the opening and/or dont have enough staff.

We made reservations for one standard and one handicap ♿️ accessible room but when we got there they did not have one available for us. We were told that all of the handicap rooms have not been clean that day.... the standard room was old and outdated :( for the amount of money they are charging per night.Rooms: Outdated..Walkability: Not walking distance. You need transportation to go find food.

Don't expect hospitality, cleanliness, or functioning doors here.I'm not a complainer. I don't write bad reviews for fun, however, my stay here was so abysmal, I have to warn others.I'll start at the beginning. It only gets worse from there. The first room we were given smelled like it was mopped with a dirty, mildewed mophead. We were given a different room which still smelled weird but at least it didn't smell dirty.I was willing to let that go. Things happen and I know since COVID a lot of service jobs are hard to staff. But then my room door wouldn't open. And I don't mean the key card didn't work. I mean after reprogramming the key card, using a master key, and trying to reprogram a lock itself, the lock wouldn't release. It was completely dead.I was in the lobby waiting for 2 hours while Maurice (who was kind and as helpful as he could be) tried his best to drill open my door. Yes, You read that right. He had to drill into the door to get me back in my room.I'm not a hotel door lock expert. But I have a keyless entry lock on my front door and it requires regular battery changes to keep that exact thing from happening. But you know what, I was still willing to let that go because malfunctions happen and sometimes things are out of our control even when it seems like regular, preventative maintenance would have been the solution to that problem. The straw that broke my back was the older lady at the front desk who seemed to be a manager. She not only didn't ask if I was okay while I sat in front of her in the lobby for 2 hours, she didn't ask if I needed anything, and didn't apologize. She played mobile games and watched videos on her phone loudly, which is not only unprofessional, but also rude in general. And while I was in the lobby for 2 hours I noticed how dirty it was. Stained cushions and grime on the armrest don't make the best impression and it's easily prevented with regular upholstery cleanings. This place is independently operated. It says so on the website but I could tell because the front desk woman couldn't get a hold of the owners when there was a problem on a Sunday night. As a guest at their property, I'd say these people don't belong in the hotel business at all.
