I recently took me 2019 Honda HRV in following a minor fender bender with some damage to my bumper. This place was recommended to me by a family member and they did not disappoint. They walked me through everything, got me an appointment set up, and kept me up to date as the work progressed. I can not thank the everyone there enough for the work they did as well as easing me through a rather stressful process. I can not recommend them enough!

This repair of my 2017 Toyota took longer than any vehicle I've had repairs on. The repair was for some minor repairs to the driver's side front door and right front quarter panel. It initially took 2 1/2 weeks to even get an appointment for their estimate which was accomplished on 9/30. Then they told me that i could expect a call around the end of November to bring my car in for the actual repairs. When November 30th rolled around and I hadn't heard from them, I called them and was told I could bring the car in the following week. I was told that it would take about two weeks to accomplish the repairs, then the week before Christmas they called asking if I could delay the repairs until after the holidays. I explained that this was a handicap accessible vehicle, and that any further delays would be unacceptable. They stated that they would try to have the repairs completed by Christmas, which of course it was not. On the Tuesday after Christmas, they called and let me know that it was in painting. Again, no communication, so on Monday following New Years, I called them and was told that my car was in "cleanup" and I could pick it up that afternoon. For those of you not keeping track, this repair took nearly 4 1/2 months from the time I notified them until I received my car repaired. Interesting enough, I recently learned that Canby Motors is no longer a recommended repair facility by my insurance company.

My experience with Canby Motors was wonderful. The people were friendly, and they did an AMAZING job with my car after a kamikaze deer encounter. My 6-year-old Cruze looks practically brand new again! They not only did a great job on the body, but they detailed it as well...washed the very dirty exterior, cleaned the windows (including the inside of the windshield), vacuumed the floor and seats, and wiped everything down. I am beyond pleased with the service received and will not hesitate to return!Service: Body & Trim

Best people EVER! Since when do collision shops do nice things like - NO charge for buffing out superficial scratch marks? They will always be my collision shop for now on. Went back to my store and told anyone who listen about the nice man at CANBY. Thank you again and God bless

I dropped my car off 4 weeks ago and just picked up last week. They have horrible customer service. Mr Canby asked me when I dropped my car off if I was going to be one of those customers that call all the time? Obviously I had to because I never got updates. I was told I would get text messages with updates but never received any. I had to call 4-5 times to get updates. They are not proactive in calling to get update on part orders, on calling insurance companies or contacting customers with updates. Horrible service. I will never take my car here for repairs or mechanical service. Make sure if you need any car service you call a more reputable mechanic. Canby motors does NOT cater to their customers, they act if as though their customers are an inconvenience (even though Canby Motors wouldn't exist without paying customers and insurance companies)
