I cannot say enough about this place. I have only brought my cat Athena here twice so far but both times they did an outstanding job with her. This time they even gave Athena a little report card after her grooming and it is the cutest thing ever. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here!

we absolutely loved the service and care that Brandi and Lauren provided for our boy, Bear. they were so patient with our little ball of anxiety and we are beyond happy with the way he looks, smells and feels. i called in advanced to ask what service was best since it was our first time and the price estimate that was given was exactly what i ended up paying. thank you guys so much! Bear is so happy and we will be coming back soon!

Terrible experience. I wrote a yelp review but I would not return. Waste of money.

My fault for not doing more research. I truly wanted to support this business. My dog looks the exact same when he went in. They claimed to have brushed his teeth and they are still dirty. I am highly disappointed that I didn't trust my gut on the day of the apportionment. My dog doesn't even smell clean. I purposely did not tip, although I would if when I checked on him, the groomer was actually grooming. 0/10 would not recommend.

Our dog injured herself at the beginning of the summer. Scheduling surgery, therapies and recovery period would not allow us to have her groomed. She needed it badly but she had to recover enough first. Her health was the priority. During this time, her regular groomer resigned her position so when it came time to get her done I had to take her to a new place and a new person.Luckily I found Burlane’s. From the first interaction they understood the situation, set the expectations of what they would have to do to restore her healthy cost and well-being. Because she had become matted in areas ( even with daily brushing) shaving her down was the only option. They prepared us for a totally different-looking dog and she was but she looked beautiful all the same. They informed me about any possible issues from losing the heaviness of her hair and made sure I understood everything before I left.Their professionalism, communication and the care they showed my girl was definitely five star.

My dogs always look amazing after their grooming days. I have 2 Goldens and a Cocker Spaniel and they look and smell wonderful when they return after their "Spa Days". Ashley, Laura and the whole staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, and truly care about my dogs. Their prices are fair and comparable to local groomers. I highly recommend Burlane Couture!!

Took my dog last Wednesday to get groomed , they burned my dogs bottom and had to be seen at the vet and additional $50 spent on cream for his burn, they didn't trim my dogs toe nails and charged $83, called to report the concern and the owner (lady) spoke disrespectfully and was screaming at me on the phone and didn't offer any kind of refund, absolutely ridiculous

While the employees were super nice, the haircut they gave my pup was terrible. She’s a mini golden doodle- mostly poodle. We just asked for her to be shaved short, shouldn’t be to difficult- but it was very uneven and they barely touched her face. My husband had to cut it when she got home. Paw pads were not shaved and they didn’t cut her nails either. I’m not one to leave a bad review but it sucks to pay a lot of money for something that was done terribly

I’ve been taking my dogs here for over 10 years and have always been pleased when Donna owned the business. Evidently someone else has now bought the business. I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed. The morning of the appointment I got a call telling me that 2 of the groomers were out sick, (actually they quit). I rescheduled and came in a few days later. I was told upon arrival that the business had changed hands and “Prices have gone up”. I was actually okay with the pricing but would have liked to have know that when scheduling the appointment. A little courtesy and respect for your customers goes a long way. When I picked my dog up, I was informed that they couldn’t cut his nails because he wouldn’t hold still. Strange… never had this happen in his 5 years of grooming there? The manager told me to “Take him to the Veteran to have his nails done”. Oh okay… only another $50 to put out for something the Groomer should do. Really??? When I went to pay, I was told that only “Cash Tips” were accepted now. Well you should have told me that in Advance too because I didn’t bring cash. All in all, just a Really Bad experience with a business that was once really Great under the previous owner.Changing ownership of this business Should Have been Seamless if done correctly for the customers.I’m seriously Disappointed and Dissatisfied with the new owners and how they conduct business. I’m sure we’ll be finding another groomer that treats us Better. Shameful…My reply to the manager’s comments:I’ve worked in Customer Service for over 40 years. Obviously… you don’t know much about that. Here’s what you should have replied if educated in Customer Service instead of Excuses.“We are terribly sorry for any confusion and disappointment during our transition. We want to make this Right with you and keep you coming back as a Satisfied Customer. We would like to offer you a Free grooming to give us another chance to earn your business. Please allow us this opportunity to make things right and keep you coming back.”But that Isn’t what you did… Shameful.Don’t defend your mistakes… own them, apologize and make it Right with your customer. Your customer doesn’t care about your policies. They only care about how you treat Them.Your Reputation is more valuable than money. Your Reputation can Make or Break your business. Your customers Support your business with their Voice and Wallet. I don’t think you quite understand that.Rule number 1- “The Customer is Always Right”.

Ashley, Christy and team did an amazing job! I am so pleased with the care provided to my German Shepherd Camo. His fur is so shiny and soft, nails were trimmed and de-shedding has made a big difference in the my home. Great value for the price! I highly recommend them for your next pet grooming.

They truly deserve zero stars. Took my dog to get groomed and nails done. Dropped her off at 9:00am. Was told she'd be ready by 3:00pm, which I thought was odd to be there that long just for grooming. I received a call at 10:20am saying they couldn't groom her, just her nails for they recommended a "tranquilizer" to groom her. I picked her up immediately and left and noticed the nails were barely touched. No dog should ever have to be "tranquilized" to be groomed and be told 6 hours was needed to be groomed. I wish I had read all the negative reviews (beforehand) before taking her there. All the negative reviews cannot be wrong, they're there for a reason. I won't be returning, and, again, don't ever "tranquilize" your dog just for grooming.Update 04/18/23 from Burlane's comments: My dog is female, not male. Just proves to me that my dog's grooming (again a female) was NOT taken seriously. Also, Burlane suggested "tranquilizing", I would NEVER allow my dog (again a female, not a male) to be "tranquilized", especially by a groomer! Oh, and I tipped because it's the nice thing to do. Shame I tipped for a service I don't believe was completed. Finally, I was NEVER told by the associate that she tried to bite anyone (again a female, not a male).
