I bought carpet from Brian. We settled on a date and he stated he didn't have any other job that day and would be starting first thing in the morning. I arrived at my condo before lunch. My door was open ( I had over a thousand dollars in lights, ceiling fans, hardware etc) No one was there. I called Brian only to find he was on another job and had no idea where his men were. I didn't appreciate being pushed aside. Brian said they would be finished by lunch. They finished around 5:00 pm. The carpet needed some work because it wasn't seamed down on the seams. This is just to name one issue. I called him over 6 times and texted him over 5 times in a two month period. It was only after I threatened him with small claims court did he finally fix that issue. A year later I needed my carpet stretched. Stupid me who obviously didn't learn the first time, once again many attempts to reach him went unanswered. He's rude, his work is less than satisfactory. In fact, I'm going to hardwood because I can't stand the carpet and how it looks. There are too many reputable and responsive companies in Harford County that you can save yourself the nightmare of dealing with companies like Brian's Carpet I'm only giving it one star because it's the only way to post.

Brian and his crew did an excellent job on my carpets for my house. Showed up on time, very polite, definitely cleaned up after themselves and the price was great. Matched perfect to other carpet I had installed 3 years ago. Brian is definitely saved in my contacts for any further flooring needs.

Brian did my carpeting in my dining room, living room, and hallway. In addition he laid laminate in my kitchen. My flooring in the kitchen started coming up and changed color after about 9 months. I called him and he asked for me to text my name and address to his cell number. He's never answered or returned my phone calls since. I paid him just about $3000, and I live in an extremely small home.

I was followed very closely by the company truck and flipped off for going “too slow” in a one-lane construction zone whilst obeying the posted speed limit. I was screamed at with profanity by the driver.Drove very recklessly on 43.Called up the manager, super nice. However not so much the driver.

We had Brian install new carpeting in four bedrooms, a living room, hallway, and stairs. Brian came to our home with samples and he recommended the right carpeting for our needs. Carpet was installed professionally and looks great. Brian had a crew do the installation. They completed the job within a few hours. Carpet was installed professionally and looks great. When we pointed out a few wall nicks after the installation, Brian contacted a painter who came in and completed the touch-ups. Brian is friendly and honest.

Brian installed my carpet at 8 am as planned only he failed to share he picked up another job leaving his men to do the work. His men left AND left my condo door open for anyone to enter. A 4 hour installation turned into 8. A week later, I noticed several seams needing to be fixed. 4 text messages, a phone call in 4 weeks went unreturned. He had no problem taking my money but a problem fixing the job. Run... don’t walk. Go to a reliable store where you will get a return call should you have any issues.

Can't say enough great things about the service we received. Arrived early to repair carpet upstairs and in basement. Finished quickly and the job was perfect. Very reasonable. Highly recommend.
