I used them to have all of my carpet removed and luxury plank vinyl flooring put down in my condo. The entire experience was wonderful, from sales to installation. They did a great job and I am very happy with them. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them.

We bought carpet for our basement 9 years ago and it still looks great. They're a no nonsense business - if you need carpet they have a great selection with fair prices and professional installation. Let them know what you need and listen to their advice, they are very good.

We have been buying flooring from Bel Air Carpet for over 20 years. They have a great selection and personalized service. A few years ago they put engineered hardwood in our downstairs. Recently we had two sets of steps and 3 bedrooms carpeted. They did an excellent job. Always good communication. And most importantly if there is a problem, they go above and beyond to make it right. Their prices are good too. Thank you all for being so reliable.
