Charlie is such a blessing! Our ancient Outback develops odd noises, and the need for unusual repairs. Charlie always knows what needs to be done to keep the vehicle on the road just a little longer. We are always thrilled with the work done at Bay Area Tire and Service, for a great price too!

I am so happy Charlie is back! I always trusted that I was getting the best service when he was with United Auto. When he left, I couldn't find the same amount of trust for my 16 year old car.
Now that he's back under the Bay Area Point S, I made an appointment for an issue my car was having, and I know I will get it fixed right and for a good price.

Great people to work with. Diagnosed my problem quickly and fixed it. The staff is friendly and courteous, but most of all they're knowledgeable. The prices aren't bad either. I'll be taking all of my auto repairs to them from now on.

Always have a great level of trust for the mechanics there. They not only service my vehicles, but also several other family members.
My mom was quoted repairs from a large Harford County Auto dealership. They informed my mother she needed a break job. I sent my mom to see Charlie at Bay. The maintenance suggested by the "big deal" dealership was simply unrequired maintenance. Now mom will not go anywhere else.
Dependability and trust are two cherished values that Bay still holds sacred.
I will take my vehicles no place else! Neither will my 82 year old mom.
