Was in the area an excited to visit a different mall.
I was so surprised to see such an unorganized and messy store! Then I witnessed the store manager berate a customer! She was screaming from across the store in front of all everyone there!
She was so condescending and disrespectful it felt like she was yelling me who I wasn't even involved. She made it clear she was the store manager and she chooses who she wants in her store. It felt extremely racist. She was only rude to minorities.

Came to the store to pick up an order that I made online. When I walked into the store, it was set up very nicely and looked amazing. Then, when I located the area, will you pick up your online orders? I’ll walk straight to it. I gave the young lady my order number and she brought out my order. But before I walked off, I noticed that something was missing for my order. It was one bottle of shower gel. I kindly asked the lady if there was some kind of misunderstanding or mixup. She stated to me that I didn’t get the item due to the item not being available. So I asked Is it possible to substitute the item? The young lady stated no because it was a reward. And once I looked at my account, I seen that the reward/points was not returned to my account. So I proceeded to walk around the store to see what else I had in order to substitute the item that I wanted. The item that I wanted was available in the store, but they stated to me that they didn’t have any available. So is it possible to get this item that I originally was supposed to get and they stated no I had to pay full price for the item. Overall, I’m Not blaming the sales associates, they were just trying to do their job. But I was extremely disappointed that the system didn’t realize the item that I ordered was available and I’m having to pay for an item that I originally was supposed to get as a reward And then, when I seen the item that I originally ordered, I couldn’t get the item. That part was very disappointing, I don’t know if they need to make better software to Update the inventory. But I will not use the online ordering moving forward.

came during the $10 three-wick candle sale! i was surprised at how many candles were still left (thankfully there was a wide variety to still choose from). the store was packed (expected), but the cashiers were kind and super efficient!

I love the many scents you can choose from in so many different products. My favorite are the wallflowers, which are plug-ins that you buy refills for that last about a month. They make my house smell amazing. And they have all kinds of themed holders for the scents. I signed up as a free member and I get an email when there is a great sale. The sales are the best but I do think the regular prices are a bit high. They also have body sprays, candles, body lotions and hand pump soaps.

The customer service people here are so incredibly kind! You could vaguely describe to them what you need and they just know what you're looking for. As soon as you walk in they say hello and offer you a bag and help if needed. I Highly recommend this location
