They leave the atm drive through open when its broken, so they can keep buisness flowing. Even though they know the ATM is broken. They dont care that the atm is taking money from people. I will no longer go to this Bank of America.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Been two days and can't talk to anyone. I have a specific question that I need to make sure will be answered before scheduling an appointment and taking time off work to come in.

The customer service is in the toilet hereDon’t expect to get treated with any dignity no matter your ageI watched the tellers down play and get frustrated with old people as o waited an hour to be told I need proof of who I am besides my bank cardI literally am taking my all my money rt out this bank

The majority of the time I visit the inside there is always a long line with at least a 20 minute wait. I have other bank accounts at other banks and I never wait like this, it seems they're short of tellers at times.

Never in my life have I dealt with a more incompetent staff or lack of customer service. They do not care about the service they provide or keeping clients of 5+ years. Reviews and experience show all. DO NOT BANK HERE!

Place is joke closing at 4 on fridays!! No BOA in Cecil county. Had fraud reported on my account, called and then they cancel my card and it’s been over a week with no replacement! No access to my money and no card. Absolutely furious with BOA. After 14 years I will be cancelling my account!

Ryan spent a lot of time helping us. We had made countless phone calls to the Estate department, spent two hours at another branch before coming to see Ryan in Bel Air. Called ahead of time to tell them I'm running late, and they said no problem, just come by and they'll keep an eye out for me (since they were almost closed). Got there right as they closed and was ignored, wasn't allowed in, no luck.

Lines are out the door long with often only one teller. B of A clearly does not care about the long waits.
