Received a car wash, had to ask for a rag to get spots that were missed. When driving away noticed they did not give me an air freshener, which I paid for. Also, noticed the windows were partially cleaned inside. Was not worth the amount we paid.

Very disappointed. Took my vehicle there today and just wanted the regular full service for 29.99 and he gave me the one for 39.99 for 15 passenger van & up I have a small equinox. Didn’t do a good job vacuuming or my windows are all smeared up and that’s the main reason I went. And forgot to do my tires until they seen me looking at them then said oh sorry I forgot your tires. And then did them. Can’t see the prices till you are pulled in. I’m sorry I won’t be returning not for $40 and a terrible job.

when i got my car washed I asked for it to be detailed and after it was done I asked for the girls name her name was Samatha and she did a amazing job on my car never fire her she is amazing!!!!! She has amazing customer service.. Thank you Samatha!!!

Lazy kids do a horrible job detailing your car. Both outside and inside. I had text my wife I was going to tip them $20 and she was on board, until I saw the job they did. There was no way. So they received a much smaller tip. Sad. If you hate your job, quit. Don’t make people pay for services they are going to receive a piss poor job on. Who would pay for a membership for this kind of service?!

1st time user, Stopped in for a quick wash. I did not see any real information available until you are committed to drive into the carwash itself. I talked with the attendant about the process. Decided to proceed with the $20 option. He was polite and knowledgeable. The process was fairly fast and they did not waste my time. Upon completion I departed. The car was parked for 2 1/2 hours, I was not driving around. Upon arriving at my home 3 hours later I walk past the back of the small suv and the entire back was still extremely dirty. The rest of my car was very clean and bright. Needless to say I was disappointed in my results I guess I’ll be cleaning it myself. Not sure I’ll be going back. I tend to do most things myself. Hope this helps.
Update: within 24 hours of posting this review, Autobell car wash management contacted me and offered to rewash my car. I did not take them up on the offer but was pleased to see that they read the reviews and try to correct unsatisfied customers experiences.
Because of this, I will go back and pay to have my car washed again, but before leaving the premises, I will inspect the completed job.

It’s silly that I pay for full service unlimited, and that doesn’t include getting my car mats cleaned- and to top it off, you can’t add mat cleaning in the app. Feels like you should just clean the mats-

Car wash does a good job of getting your car clean! Only did the exterior wash with the hand dry. Will definitely be back to get the car washed again.

My car was filthy - the automatic car wash did a great job cleaning her all up then Ian and Johnathan did such a remarkable job on the interior! Everything was so clean! Thank you both ! Everyone there was so nice! I will go there from now on!!!

Just got home and realized they didn't vacuum the backseat or the back seat mat or wipe the back doors down. Plus I paid for the Armor All package and they didn't even do that.
