“If you're looking for a no stress vehicle shopping experience, stop and see Josh. My purchase of a 22 Super Duty today at Plaza Ford demonstrated what a purchasing experience should be like, from Josh in sales, to Darren the manger to Nate in finance, I could not have been more pleased with everything from start to finish. Quick and painless as vehicle shopping could be. No doubt that I'll be returning for all my future purchases, keep up the great work Plaza Ford. Highly recommend.”

“I recently took me 2019 Honda HRV in following a minor fender bender with some damage to my bumper. This place was recommended to me by a family member and they did not disappoint. They walked me through everything, got me an appointment set up, and kept me up to date as the work progressed. I can not thank the everyone there enough for the work they did as well as easing me through a rather stressful process. I can not recommend them enough!”

“My check engine light on my 2016 Dodge Durango has been on and off intermittently since Feb 2024 and have been trying to get an answer of what the issue is from a Midas dealer unsucessfully. Eric Lundeen was able to diagnose the problem immediately of a EGR valve! Eric was very direc t and helpful! Thank you so much for your help! ✌️”

“I just took my vehicle in because I heard a loud sound at my right rear of the car when I put the brakes on. It sounded like a motorcycle was pulling up next to me. I took it in this morning, they diagnosed it quickly and found that the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced . I figured as much and I was expecting that , but I was not expecting to be told that my front right something or another was leaking oil and fluid. It would cost $903 to repair. When I got over the shock and got up from the floor I knew it was something that had to be done, and they had to order the parts. Very quickly after they revived me and gave me that news they told me that it was covered by my extended warranty. If I could dance, I would be doing so right this minute. The brakes were replaced in an adequate amount of time, and Brittany, who took care of me, as well as Mr. Charlie Walls, who is one of the owners , were not only kind and considerate, but they were professional and helpful, and I am thrilled all the way around. Thank you very much Plaza Ford for being there to make my life a little easier.”

“I had an awesome experience with everyone at Jones Kia. Just got home in our new SX X-Line Telluride. Since I traveled from out of state, I wanted to make sure nothing went wrong and had spoken to other dealers previously that were not responsive and/or overpricing the vehicle I was looking for.Everyone at Jones was fantastic to work with, particularly Athina (sales manager) and Mike Fletcher (salesperson). They were transparent, responsive, and all around easy to work with. No games or confusion to deal with. Also had a great experience with Ann (finance manager), who explained potential add-on options clearly and was not pushy at all.Would strongly recommend Jones and wish I lived closer so I could take advantage of their dealership for service. 10/10 for a flawless experience.”

“Parts and such. If they don't have it they will order it. If they cant order it use ebay. Or OEM for way over retail at a dealership. Tools rents are nice. Pricey but its got competition. Its to be expected. Car parts are a personal preference when doing the work yourself and we tend to come here a lot.”
