Imagine walking into a store with an employee that has one customer, doesn’t acknowledge new customers that walk in what so ever, and then continues to ignore the new customers with no communication about when they will be with you. So damn rude. Disappointing that we would need to drive to another store, further away, because of such a lack of customer service!

Everything used to be straight to the point. Now they try to do as many scripted sales pitches as possible, to keep you in the store longer than necessary and raise your prices. Even if they are not telling the truth, they will say something like " Oh yeah, my phone also does that all the time. "

Very nice helpful representative getting our new phone activated. The problem is there's only one person servicing four or five customers That's the only issue I see but everything else turned out okay

Gage was nice when i visited first. I didn’t got any phone service from there due to some reason. But i dont know how, after one month from my bank account,auto payment was done for simcards and iphone . I cancelled that payment. After that month i started getting bills and mails from AT&T sayin If I don’t pay certain bill i my credit score will be hampered. I tried calling them, no good response. Since i went to gage for asking service first, i went to ask for the solution of this problem.. he responded very rudely.. he was like “I cannot do anything about this, this is not my problem, its your problem and you have to deal yourself” .. he was not even ready to talk to me, he said that “i have other customers as well” though there was one customer who just came in. He refused to help me by any means. I ask him many times what should i do ? Coz i was helpless , he just replied call customer service.I was not expecting any apology but hadn’t expect that behavior as well. That was theirs mistake, i was frustrated and disturbed since last few months by these mail and bills. And i even didn’t got good response ?

I worked with Gage! 10/10 recommend working with him if you have the opportunity. He answered all my questions and put up with me looking at all my finance options. The festival AT&T is the only AT&T retailer I go to. Never disappointed when I come here.

Went in to upgrade my two iPhones to the new iPhone 15 pro. Gage helped me and my sister and started talking about the next up plan which I already have, but my sister does not. He asked my sister if she wanted it and she clearly stated NO. From there he asked if we need insurance for our phones.. we again clearly stated NO and that we use AppleCare for insurance. Even though we clearly stated NO to both questions about adding those to our lines I get my first bill after the visit and noticed Gage added the next up to my sisters phone and also added AT&T insurance to BOTH phones. When talking about the bill in the store and noticing the price was extremely high compared to what it normally was and me questioning it. He explained the reason behind it but left out the charges we specifically told him that we did not want. He also tried to get me to buy an iPad and I declined the offer, but he proceeded to INCLUDE that on the bill too. Which I reminded him that I don’t want the iPad and told him to remove it. After calling and talking to AT&T customer service the lady on the phone said that is unacceptable and was thankfully able to help me resolve an issue I did not want in the first place. After reading other reviews it seems as if it isn’t Gage’s first rodeo to adding things that customers did not want.

I worked with Kevin who was very patient as we worked through an account problem. He was on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours and stayed past the end of his shift to finish my upgrade. Got to see PJ and Brenna help many satisfied customers while I was there as well. I'd be happy to work with any of them again. AT&T customer service, not so much.

Had a very positive experience at the AT&T store in the Festival Mall, Bel Air. Brenna was very knowledgeable and efficient in assisting me with my new phone and very patient explaining the features. The store manager, Gage, was also helpful and personable. I highly recommend this location for all of your communication needs.

Gage provided excellent customer service to my mother and I when getting a new phone. He answered all our questions, was knowledgeable of the products, and informed us about every discount we qualified for and what products had the best warranties.

Kevin provided excellent customer service & was very patient. I switched over from Booste mobile & got an additional phone line. My husband also upgraded his phone. That store is not closest to me but its worth the 30 minute drive to get excellent service. The only downside is them not having all of the phones on stock.

Gage…why did you leave?You left Kevin there to attempt to explain why I needed to pay you $675.00+, instead of $213.25 he said I would need to pay to walk out with a new phone upgrade.The “system crashed and we paid off the wrong phone”. Yes, it was an overpayment Gage. But as you know, I don’t get any credit for the overpayment to the wrong phone.Instead of paying off and upgrading 2 phones, I left not upgrading any, AND, there is absolutely no doubt I will be taking my account elsewhere.BTW…No credit issued for overpayment.No credit issued back to the card because “we can’t do that here.”U P D A T E4:17pmStore transaction done incorrectly.4:31 pmPhone call made to number provided by store to “rectify” misappropriation of funds paid. Chose call back option. :57 minute response time given.Text Communication Option. “Sorry can’t help you. Here is a number that can….”5:58pmThey called back.Discussed everything with them.On hold for 1hour 20 minutesAT&T hung up at 7:18pm.

We went to the BelAir Md store to purchase 2 phones Kevin was our associate he took his time and made sure we had everything we needed and understood all the new information that pertained to our new phones. Kevin was very caring and patient and awesome ?????

How Do you have only one employee working in a Saturday with customers walking in and out? I wanted to just buy some AirPods and couldn’t even do it because there were 6 people in front of me with one associate. The guy was amazing but dang, get the guy some help.
