Austin was great in explaining everything, talking his time to show how the new phone works and features, great personality, got everything transferred seamlessly and got us done quickly without cutting corners. I was so happy I brought my wife and daughter back to get two more phones. Compared to previous phone purchases in years past, this was absolutely the best experience. My family is a huge fan of Austins customer service and will be his customer for as long as he is with AT&T. I have been an AT&T customer since the beginning and by far was the best all around experience. You need more representation like Austin and train others to the same level. It will definitely improve AT&T's image. Thank you....Chris

Very helpful staff. Raven helped me and my husband and was very nice. I’m switching to AT&T and she walked me through the whole process. Even after dealing with customers who were very difficult while we were in there, they remained professional.

Horrible customer service! My 80 year old mother went in twice to purchase a new phone and was completely ignored by multiple staff members so on her third visit I went with her. The girl working said she was too busy to help us we should leave and come back another time, there was only one other customer, I hardly consider that busy. My mother would prefer to buy the phone in person not online. If this location cannot staff enough employees then shut down and the employees they do staff have zero customer service skills.

Raven and David both went above and beyond to help with an issue I was having after purchasing a phone through Best Buy (which I do not recommend). They contacted customer support to try to resolve my issue in a timely manner and stayed on the phone with them (for at least an hour) until they finally got an answer. They could have easily told me to figure it out with support myself but chose to exhaust all possible outlets. I will continue to go back to this store for the exceptional customer service. Highly recommend Raven and David! Appreciate all of your assistance today ??

Service from Employee was Excellent. Very Very Dissatisfied with AT&T RELIABILITY! ESPECIALLY 5G...IT'S SLOWER THAN 4G BUT I CANT SWITCH MY PHONE TO STAY ON 4G. GOING TO VERIZON. A FRIEND SHOWED ME HIS VERIZON 5G AND IT WAS FAST.
