The owner could not have had a worse attitude. I felt like I was an inconvenience to him by being in there and asking questions. This is my first electrical project. This is NOT the place for good customer service or a patient owner.I never leave any reviews on businesses but his behavior was unacceptable.Please use another store

The lady who answered was friendly enough. But the guy at the sales counter wasn't. I asked for something I can find online anywhere, but when I asked him, he acted like I hadn't a clue what I was talking about. Thanks guy. I try to buy local to support brick and mortar and get this. Amazon it is. Check out the picture, buddy. That's what I was looking for right there. Maybe you can educate yourself on the little guy's needs and help next time.

Rude employees and in need of some customer service training. My wife went to pick up an item that we ordered. She walked in to pick it up, two people stared at her, didn't offer to help her. Lady finally shows up, she wasn't much better, seriously people... PAYING customers... at least we were... NEVER AGAIN.

Great service. I thought I knew what I wanted to fix my outdoor light fixture. They told me my fix was not going to work, even though it meant no sale. Honest and helpful place.
