The worst car share company in the world. They keep.charging me bogus charges from months ago. Claiming I have a moving violation. With no proof and have taken money out my account without my knowledge.

I have been using ZipCar service for 9 years now, since I moved back to Baltimore. Excellent and currently the only operational service of it kind in Baltimore that makes it possible to live without owning a car. Niel

There cars are always dirty! The app never works and they constantly charge you fees. I am so over this company and just ended my membership.
